Food is okay, but the service is horrible! Army of waiters running around , yet it takes 20 minutes before they show at your table to take your order! Efficiency is an a unknown concept here :) long waiting time and if it’s your first time here , you will probably wait at entrance and wait for hours , while the system to get a table is go around the bar in the back, register yourself , get a buzzer and wait outside until your device vibrates :) all these time the waiters will just look at you and tell you nothing! There is no sign to explain you their system nor any human to guide you. I would have considered higher rating, but what would be a good food served with attitude? Will I come again ? Certainly not ! If you decide to come at least you have a little guide here so hopefully you are served faster than waiting 45 minutes before taking a table and 15 minutes before you can give...

Terrible experience. People waiting in line for 30 min before they realize that there is a separate line where you need to get the number to get the table. Mind you, waiters are passing by all the time and they do not inform anyone. At least 5 groups of people were waiting before we realized that there is a system (no mention in the restaurant anywhere). Ok, we get the table after 40 min of waiting. Food is not served until 40-50 min of ordering. Orders forgotten. We asked to be served one dish earlier (a started) because we were with a young kid who was hungry. We were living near the restaurant and next to La Cubana this was one of the best ones.. My fiancé brought some gazpacho home with him and it was veery delicious. Went there for a nice fancy dinner as well and also for their seafood paella for lunch. At first I was worried that we would only have to eat paella on our vacation, but apparently it's a rarity in spain. I can highly recommend this restaurant for that! Also MUST TRY: salmon avocado tartar!! BUT beware: you can't tip when paying with card - would be an important information and in my opinion, that's how you lose some good tip if guests don't have...
