For location and food price quality it is very good but that is where the positives end. Phone to reserve a table, the phone cuts off after 3 rings so you have to book via the website and all is good until you arrive and they have no record of your reservation..... luckily I had the confirmation in my e-mail so a table was found. Initially service was good although trying to get a menu seemed a challenge, use the QR code and read on your phone (sorry I am not a teenager who lives his life via a 5 by 8 screen) as we have no menus as 'we are in the process of updating them' OK what's your WIFI code, great but sorry it doesn't reach your table, a paper menu was found but the mood was already spoilt! The food as I said was good but service disorganised, there were staff walking about but seemed to have missed the actual 'service' part of the job in their training. Meal over so time to get the bill, requested and then nothing.... 20 minutes later requested again and it quickly arrived but then no one came to take the payment so after 20 more minutes of sitting and waiting it was time to walk out! Luckily I was with great company so was able to fill the time and not spoil the total experience. A restaurant I had been to before on several occasions but will not be likely to go back to again. experience is getting worse, unfortunately. been in this place a few times to celebrate birthday, while the first time was more enjoyable, now was a bit diferent.

Service of place got worsten, you need to wait,wave, and eventually get to the bar to get attention to bring or order extra things.

unless you ask, staff wont clean table, we even had to build a plate castle, but that didn't got any attention.

few things that we ordered, were not served but ended up on the bill.prepare for that!

we ordered cacked trough reservation, clicked on Birthday cacke, guess what, never got offered one!

Kids menu included ice cream, that were never offered but bill presented.

food remained the same, it was ok for the price.

deserts menu waiting time: 15min... Restaurant was about 30% utilized...

please check the bill, had things added that never ordered!!!

atmosphere felt bit over used, one part of tables are presented well, and other part, that that wasn't prepped, was open to see all the rust and aging signs.

chairs and tables are rusted, paint is coming off..

No music, any music.. so you will have to listen to other people chats, laughs.

Would not come back for bigger ocasion and would stick with informal dinner.

overall experience is not great, hence 2 star rating to set...

This restaurant may seem lovely due to the scenery but it was the worst set of staff I’ve ever encountered and the service was beyond awful. I would not recommend this to anybody

Today 19/8/24, me and my friend are away here on holiday, we decided to try this new place. We did not realise booking was needed but when we arrived the lady told us to sit down.

Once we were sat down they asked for our drink order, drinks arrived then a small man came to our table and told us it was reservations only, but continued to take our order being very rude towards us. If they told us it was reservation only we could’ve left and found a better place.

We got our food and both our dishes were awful, we had the tagliatelle and risotto, the tagliatelle was mushy and soft (tasted like vegetable soup). The risotto was a bunch of mush and the rice was hard and had a funny taste to it.

We both were unable to eat our dish at all

Staff were very unwilling to serve us and made us feel extremely unwelcome , hostile and made us both feel uncomfortable

We didn’t have our food and went to pay, the small man gave me the card machine facing downwards (couldn’t see the price I was tapping) I tried to see the price and the man pointed for me to tap as if I was stupid and didn’t know how a card...
