For location and food price quality it is very good but that is where the positives end. Phone to reserve a table, the phone cuts off after 3 rings so you have to book via the website and all is good until you arrive and they have no record of your reservation..... luckily I had the confirmation in my e-mail so a table was found. Initially service was good although trying to get a menu seemed a challenge, use the QR code and read on your phone (sorry I am not a teenager who lives his life via a 5 by 8 screen) as we have no menus as 'we are in the process of updating them' OK what's your WIFI code, great but sorry it doesn't reach your table, a paper menu was found but the mood was already spoilt! The food as I said was good but service disorganised, there were staff walking about but seemed to have missed the actual 'service' part of the job in their training. Meal over so time to get the bill, requested and then nothing.... 20 minutes later requested again and it quickly arrived but then no one came to take the payment so after 20 more minutes of sitting and waiting it was time to walk out! Luckily I was with great company so was able to fill the time and not spoil the total experience. A restaurant I had been to before on several occasions but will not be likely to go back to again. In these difficult Covid-19 times you would have thought places would be trying harder, that said the place was busy so I am left with the belief that they no longer care!
