We loved Mercadonas and it was, our Favorit go to supermarket, I gave a 5 star revue last time with over 10’000 views, Sadly this time I have some questions: why has our branch stopped selling the best brown nut bread on the whole coast, they also stopped selling great tissue boxes, a fabulous Sunglasses Spray, high quality disposable Napkins, High quality kitchen paper towels and Cling Film which fitted perfectly into our dispenser. They replaced some of these items with very cheap copies not worth buying or different sizes which don’t fit into our dispenser., in food the stoped selling a fabulous Vitelo Tonato, People use to Que to Waite for their brown nut bread. Why on Earth would they stop selling best sellers, I do hope their buyers don’t get backhanders from inferior suppliers. I do hope someone high up in Mercadonas reads this and is sensible enough to bring back high quality products. All our friends complain about the same thing, change more for less quality does not help in the future success of this store. Customers know that inferior stuff for higher prices are being exchanged. Please realise that your customers made your company a top company, don’t screw with your customers who spend thousands each year per family. Be more...

Our family has been regular customers of Mercadona in different cities of Spain for many years. But I have seen this for the first time. This looks very much like fraud. The management should think about the reputation of the brand. Cashiers who are constantly "making mistakes", and managers who helps in this should not work in stores of a serious brand. And the store itself is good, the products are fresh, as always...
