A very disappointing and confusing experience. Before our visit, the restaurant even called to ask how many vegetarians would be in our group, which gave us hope for a thoughtful dining experience. In reality, the menu offered almost no vegetarian options at all (only fried potatoes).

Service left a lot to be desired. We ordered vegetable rice, only to be “caught in the act” at the moment of service when they brought us a salad instead — then casually informed us there was no rice left.

We were also not given glasses or napkins at the start, and the dishes came out roughly 10 minutes apart, meaning we couldn’t actually enjoy our meal together. To make matters worse, our glasses were taken away before we had finished, simply because the waitress wanted to leave at the end of her shift. She also clearly said to us that she wanted us to pay very fast because she wants to end her shift.

From the outside, the place gives the impression of being an upscale, refined restaurant. Unfortunately, the reality inside didn’t come close to matching the image.

As a bonus: a picture of the ‘rice pudding’ which was actually more like a soup...

Hier nous avons ete teste ce nouvel endroit en groupe de 18 personnes.je peux vous dire qu elle fut assez bonne.mais comme toute nouveaute , il y a des defauts. Le restaurant est situe dans l enceinte d un hotel 4*plus. Je vous explique en detail, nous avons pris l apero a la terrasse ou il y a une piscine mais nous avons recu une petite table et nous avons du , prendre des chaises ici et la. Hors que le personnel etait au courant de notre venue ! Le repas etait bon avec un avis general sur le bacalao qui etait parfait.ensuite le service etait un peu lent, tout etait servis en morceau , il ne savait pas aqui donner les boissons demande, un peu de cafouillage.ensuite nous avons du prendre le cafe a l exterieur et un peu limite en disant que le restaurant fermait...si un client va a ce genre d hotel , le reste doit suivre et ce ne fut pas le cas. Me he alojado por segunda vez en este hotel, que me parece que es tanto por ubicación como por instalaciones genial y muy recomendables, pero el restaurante tiene un gran recorrido de mejora en cuanto a calidad y servicio… la comida para el nivel del hotel deja bastante que desear … platos insulsos y sinceramente una croqueta congelada servida que al llevármela a la boca está por dentro aún con el hielo, el servicio que aunque muy amables creo que les falta experiencia no supo reaccionar ante lo que bajo mi punto de vista, es un error garrafal… el café sinceramente horrible… Jamón cortado con trozos de una grosor inadmisible… Un hotel de esas características debe tener un restaurante a la altura y no lo está… precio alto para la calidad pésima y aunque el servicio lo...
