New York 3 — Restaurant in Benidorm

The service was absolutely unacceptable. The waiter was extremely rude, stood silently right next to our table, and pressured us to order immediately.

The food was fine – no complaints there. Under normal circumstances, we would have left a positive review.

However, after the meal, the waiter gave us the bill amount without a receipt. The total was clearly too high. We were overcharged by more than €12 for items we had never ordered.

When we pointed this out, the waiter walked away without saying a word. It took ages until we finally received the receipt. Even then, it included two items we definitely hadn’t ordered. His only reaction was a brief “ok.” Again, we were left waiting a long time before he threw the change onto the table without a single word – no apology, nothing.

Such disrespectful behavior is completely...

The nice things about this place, the view and breeze. Service is rude and sarcastic. The acai bowl is false advertising. it's more like a pataya smoothie. They also did not include all ingredients in the menu, and when you ask for the missing items, they do not apologize.

When we went to close the bill I asked to pay separately. We were only four. Response: No, we don't do that here, and the boss said so. I understand rules but they don't understand how to talk to people or customer service.

You couldn't pay me to come here again, with so many places around here, I like to go to a place where my money is appreciated.

What a welcoming resturant. It was spacious and happy staff. Took us to our table which had a lovely sea view. Ordered Chicken curry, basaltic rice and salad with miniture toasted slices of bread with a sex on the beach cocktail. Food arrived and my face must of been a picture. WOW!! A large amount of food for 1 person but looked and tast delicious. Could not fault it at all. Presentation was spot on. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a shame I could not eat all of it as I was bursting at the seams. It's one of the best meals I have eaten in a resturant. Sex on the beach was also too much to drink but taste great.
