The sound system is better than before and DJ very nice guy. The feel is a bit bingo hall/working man's club though. Bar team could do with some lessons on service procedures, won't give you the glass you ask for as they stipulate certain glasses are only for certain drinks, if you don't like tube glasses for your G&T you are going to be in for a tussle with the team, surely they should just be more hospitable!! Nice bar ,but very poor service order 4 cocktail and was told they be brought over , 1 was only taken to the table , in the meantime time about 10 lads come in and was served at the bar for different drinks including cocktails , I then went to bar to ask what going on and told you just have to wait , I said oh so your more interested in servings them lads then refund me , told they can't refund me , then told I only ordered one I did not and checked till and I had ordered 4 and again told I would have to wait as bar man that doing cocktails serving them lads still , they then did not have the stuff to do 2 cocktails , very...

Best Karaoke Bar in Benidorm for older singers (40 +), great sound system, drink prices are good, dj´s,music and bar staff spot on. This bar is for serious singers and folk who appreciate the music and don't want all the noise and mayhem that go on in some of the younger bars. Visited early July was quiet but the barman told me that is normal this time of year for the location and would pick up again in September, for sure I will return end of September.
