Wooky Hollow 2 — Restaurant in Benidorm

Well what can I say about the wooky hollow ! We have just returned from Benidorm yesterday! We have been to Benidorm for 10years we always stay in the apartments next to wooky so it’s very convenient ! Just as well as we have breakfast and evening meal in there everyday . We have never had a bad meal in there or witnessed anybody complain , the staff are so friendly and on the ball , sue the manager is amazing she ensures every meal that goes out is up to scratch and I’m sure would deal with any issue or complaint promptly and professionally, we have also found the prices to be very affordable, u become a friend when you enter the wooky not a customer!! Keep up the great work sue and her team see you again...

Petty service, not only that but it wasnt really busy when we went , yet when we sat down we waited 5 minutes for somebody to take our order or at least notice us, so we went to the bar and they refused to take our order, they told us to go back to the table and they would send somebody, 5 minutes later a waitress comes and asks if somebody has taken our order, we say no so instead of taking it she leaves saying she would be right back, another 5 minutes later she comes back, she comes back, asks what we want to drink and tries to write it down, her pen doesnt work, leaves to come back just to take our drink order and leave without taking our food order yo then come back to...

I’ve eaten from this place many of times and tried various different items from the menu and I must say none of them disappoint! Prices are great for the portion sizes you get. I got a lasagna with chips and salad. The lasagna was so cheesy and full of flavour, piping hot food straight from the oven. The waiting time for good can depend on how busy it gets but it’s never more than 30 minutes. Service is great, the staff are over to the table ready to take orders as soon as you walk in.
