Café Bar Bodega — Restaurant in Bilbao

We stopped here for 5 days because we were attending a seminar there. This shop is right across from our apartment. The staff were very helpful, friendly and gave good advice. The coffee, cocoa and breakfast were delicious and inexpensive, so that why I chose this shop first every morning. I almost forgot to pay for my coffee to go home. I rushed to pay, but the staff still smiled and were very friendly. I apologized and thanked them very much for not blaming us at all. It was a very good feeling ,before leaving. Friendly staff and a nice cosy place. Indoor and outdoor seating. Though outdoor will be directly under sunlight. Food has a nice well and good mixture of softness and hardness from the topping and the bread. It’s surprising how the cheese still remains melted giving a nice juicy touch to the cucumber, which is also soft. The cucumbers sandwich a nice layer of ham to add to its sweetness. La persona en la barra fue del todo mal educada y ruda. Me habló de forma despectiva y soberbia por mi edad (20) prejuzgándome desde un primer momento y con mirada antipática.

Me indicó sus carteles de que no hay servicio en terraza y la obligación de pagar al momento, carteles que no se encuentran a la vista y no me dejó pagar hasta que lo leyese como tratándome de tonto o a modo de darme una lección. Deben hacerse mirar el trato al cliente y desde luego no pagar su frustración con quien va a consumir a su establecimiento

Una completa falta de respeto constante que deja mucho que desear, es una vergüenza.
