Grafit kafetegia — Restaurant in Bilbao

We arrived in a group of 34 people. I had to go to the restroom. When I came back the waiter was already taking the orders for the drinks. After he brought the drinks for the others I told him that I was not here as he took the orders. He just said „okay“ and went away. I had to go up to him after a couple of minutes to get something. I took a coke and he did not put a piece of lemon in it as he did for all the others. When the food came the fries were already cold. Despite the food tasted okay but it was still not a good burger. Also he only brought the ketchup or mayonnaise when everybody had their food so the people who started eating before had to start without any sauce for the fries. Lastly we did not even get knives and forks. In conclusion I would not come here again or recommend this place. I hope they do their job better...

The staff are friendly as is the case in most restaurants I found in Spain. So one star for that. However, the pizza I ordered was horrible. It was a crust with 2 cm cheese on top and some meat. You could not find the taste of anything else. It was as if you are eating only cheese. And I felt so bad after eating half of it. That was the worst pizza I...

Llamé para reservar para un grupo grande, me atendieron bien y me dijeron que lo consultaban, y más tarde aunque con una limitación horaria me ofrecieron una reserva a espera de confirmación. Llamé al día siguiente y confirmé la reserva (tanto la persona que me atendió como yo confirmamos la misma). La sorpresa fue que al llegar todo el grupo, nos dijeron que esta reserva nunca había sido confirmada. Tras enseñarle a los camareros las llamadas y defendiendo el hecho de que si había confirmado, fueron desagradables y no daban su brazo a torcer. Nos contestaban a la defensiva y no nos daban ninguna alternativa. Pedí cualquier alternativa (ya que no fue un error mío y no tenía por qué pagar las consecuencias del mismo) y fueron incapaces de hacerlo, siendo una vez más desagradables en el trato. La única solución que nos dieron fue en otro restaurante de los mismos dueños y 1:15h más tarde (lo cual no nos servía). Yo en ningún momento hablé en ningún tono agresivo ni desagradable, pero no recibí el mismo trato....
