The worst ever service. We arrived at Monday evening around 9pm, the first waitress let us wait for 5 mins it’s ok cause I could see that she was busy at some job therefore we checked out the menu and decided what to order later. The first waitress didn’t come back so we let ourself in and find a table to sit down and look around. The 2nd waitress came and ask us if we need English menu, yes, so she brought us 2 menus and put table paper and tableware on our table and went away again to let us check the menu. In the mean time more and more customers arrived and let them sit at bar, strangely these two waitresses started to serve them and ignore us away from the bar and waiting for the service. We waited for another 15 mins. The 2nd waitress came back, we asked if we could order pintxos from the bar instead of ordering from menu? She looked surprised and said « it’s very different »and took away all the tableware from our table, and she totally ignored us again for another 10 mins. I felt so pissed off and felt not respected at all as a customer. During the waiting, we never pushed them or showed impatience. We left without eating anything there, I think I lost all my patience in the last 30 mins. It’s a pity because their pintxos look really delicious and the the environment of the restaurant is cozy. Used to be relatively good... unfortunately the service they have right now it's some of the most unprepared i have ever seen. They shake the tonic for a gintonic, they tell you they dont have drinks you literally can see they have and best of all, they greet you with a grim in their faces that basically tells you, you, the client, are disturbing and bugging them even when the place is literally empty, as you can see in the pic, and they are not busy! If you're looking for overworked and rude indifferent service (not just to us, I witnessed it multiple times) then this is your spot.

The food was mid-level, the "atmosphere" was bright and clean looking. Luke warm tacos for example.

But the service from multiple staff was sadly below average (some would say rude, some would describe it as angry, some would describe it as "don't bother me with your order or questions...")
