Urbieta restaurant — Restaurant in Bilbao

Horrible place. Rude waitresses. Microwaved the pintos for me, which i could not eat at the end. Refused to return the money. I warned i would leave a google review to caution other travelers. But she could not care less. Moreover, the waitress started recording me!! I was seriously thinking to call police. Avoid at all cost.... in the pic are the rude waitress and leftover of their 'food'

PS and now they lie in their response. I paid immediately when given their food. The question was in refunding what I had paid, due to low quality. Most places would have cared for their reputation and looked...

Very unfriendly staff! We just wanted to have a wine and dessert. The waitress was very friendly until we placed our order. From that point she just shouted at us that we are in a restaurant (it says bar y resto on the sign) an why we don’t eat more... She gave us to know that we should eat quickly and that we block a table! (Besides: the other table was not blocked anyways). Right after my last zip she threw the bill on our table. Very uncomfortable situation we never experienced before on our whole...

Terrible place with awful food served directly from the microwave oven. The dishes are priced as in a well restaurant, eg. 9 eur starters and mains for 17 eur however not worth of such money at all. The fish I ordered came in just 2 minutes and smelled like a wet cloth. It tasted salty and nothing more. I ate it only because I was extremely hungry... Have no idea what was the yellow jelly thing...
