I stumbled upon this ramen restaurant on my way to work, and it turned out to be the best ramen I’ve ever had in Córdoba! The clear broth beef ramen was exceptional—rich, flavorful broth paired with perfectly chewy noodles, with bamboo shoots and seaweed adding the perfect touch.

I couldn’t resist trying more, so I ordered the pan-fried dumplings and shumai. The dumplings were juicy and flavorful, while the shrimp shumai was fresh and delicious. Finally, I ended the meal with a coconut snow mochi, which was soft, chewy, and full of coconut flavor—a perfect finish.

El servicio fue uno de los puntos más destacables: atención cercana, amable y muy profesional. Nos explicaron los platos con detalle y estuvieron pendientes durante toda la comida sin agobiar. Da gusto encontrar sitios donde el trato al cliente es tan respetuoso y agradable.

🍽️ Qué probamos • Gyozas de pato: espectaculares, con una masa fina y bien dorada, y un relleno sabroso que se deshacía en la boca. • Takoyaki: bien hechos, con el punto justo de textura y sabor, y ese toque clásico de mayonesa y katsuobushi que no falla. • Arroz con pollo y arroz con ternera: ambos bien presentados y con mucho sabor. La carne estaba jugosa y las raciones eran generosas, ideales para compartir o para quienes buscan un plato contundente y reconfortante.
