At first the staff was very fast and the service was good. But as soon as the restaurant was getting more busy, the service was completely overwhelmed, even if there was enough staff. The waiting time between starter and main course was too long. The cooking point of the meat/fish was not what I asked for, but because we were so hungry and already waiting for so long, we didn’t say anything. Food was still good. Now to the most disappointing part: the dessert. The cheesecake creme doesn’t have anything to do with a cheesecake and the taps looked like a joke. We had to laugh when they arrived. Everything else was very nice presented. At least the taste of the taps was good. Over all: not worth what we paid ~45€/p.P.

Cosy location with fresh and innovative food at a reasonable price point. We enjoyed a scrumptious lunch here. I had the beet/pear salad and soup. The salad was both refreshing and flavourful from the marinated pear. The creamy cheese added the right amount of richness. The soup (salmorejo with shrimp tartar) was hands down one of the best bowls of soup EVER. The soup was poured table side over the toppings which including breadcrumbs and the shrimp. Loved the presentation! My husband had the smoked ribs. The meat was melting off the bone and he thought they were outstanding! Service was efficient and prompt. Restaurant is smaller so reservations recommended.

We had an awesome dinner. Great food, nice vibe and atmosphere, space to eat and chat. Recommend highly if you ever go through Cadaqués. We order white wine (Quinze), which we enjoyed. For starters we had Xurros Bravos which is typical Spanish patatas bravas but with a Churro style presentation, loved it. Followed by Eggplant with a grilled taste and the Stracciatella with shrimps which please order it, it’s a must. For the main course we shared the Sea bass, you simply can’t be in Cadaqués and leave without trying any type of fish! For an incredible finale we ordered a Torrija with Ice cream. That was just the top highlight of our night! Highly recommend!

On a quite, coldish Sunday night, El Viatge was like a warm hug. A lot of the restaurant in Cadaqués tonight were just ticking over but this place was buzzing. We were lucky enough to get a table without booking. Service was friendly and just the right level of attentive and the food was outstanding. We picked a couple of starters which were tremendous, then the ribs arrived as the main course and I can honestly say that I've never had such tasty and tender ribs in my life. We finished with the taps, which was a tasty local delicacy. After we had eaten, the restaurant own came over and introduced himself to us - telling us about his time workingin England, he was a very charming and friendly guy. This is a strong...
