⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Is it possible to give more than 5 stars?!
From start to finish, this experience was an absolute pleasure. I was warmly welcomed by Denise, whose personal greeting immediately made me feel at ease.
I began with a perfectly prepared dirty vodka martini crafted by Santi—balanced, crisp, and exactly how it should be. The food that followed was just as impressive: beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Try the scallops…and the hamachi….oh and also the sea bass. (I could go on)
…but the real standout of the night was Agustín.
He wasn’t just serving a table—he was creating an experience. Always attentive, never rushed, and somehow showing up at exactly the right moment every time. He had an easy confidence, offering recommendations with genuine enthusiasm and sharing details about the menu that made us appreciate the food even more. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel both completely taken care of and like a welcome guest in their own home—but that’s exactly what Agustín did.

Read moreWow, what an amazing evening! 🌅 I booked a table at the Mar Sea Club to celebrate my wife’s birthday and everything was perfect from start to finish. The welcome was wonderful – the hostess and Augustin our waiter, congratulated my wife right away, which was such a kind gesture.
Augustin took great care of us the entire evening. He gave us excellent recommendations, was very attentive and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment.
The food was just incredible – 10/10! 🥩 The Wagyu sirloin was the best I’ve ever had and the homemade ice cream was absolutely delicious.

Food…. That in general was our disappointment!!
the “bread- couvert” - came with a brioche bread with butter truffel. The bread was not fresh and looks more from a supermarket than 5 star hotel.
starters - we order the gunkan, tuna noodle and scallops. All of them nothing special, portions very small, tuna and gurkan without any taste.
Price quality - we understand that is at St Regis luxury hotel. But we think is overpriced for 3 starters and two...
