We went before the refurbishment and refit and were very excited to see it had reopened What a shock - we should have walked out to be honest We had to ask 3 different waiters for a bottle of water the finally arrived after 30 minutes Glass of wine - well I've seen more in a thimble and it cost 6 euro Weirdly the specials are carried around.on a metal A frame with lighting being.so bad you can't read it We are clearly and English couple but we're given 1 English and 1 Spanish menu Ignored by waiting staff until we caught someone's attention and we ordered Anti pasti arrived - not too bad But then the wait ,and we waited and we waited - after 45 mins we finally caught the attention of a young lady whom looked totally panicked and scurried off 50 mins after finishing starter the wife's pasta arrived Great until you attempt to cut pork tenderloin un a bowel with a fish knife!! No other cutlery was offered My steak and veg turned up 5 mins later - well steak and a few fried potatoes at the cost of 33 euro ( a sprig of broccli wouldn't have gone a miss at least that would have some veg)
Honestly food good service TOTALLY SHOCKING

Read moreTreated ourselves to this upmarket, quality restaurant on our stay in Palma Nova. It is situated at the far end of the strip, across from the marina. It has just been refurbished to an excellent standard and our host/manager, Rossario was excellent. I had a delicious ceaser salad to start, that was huge but did not ruin my appetite. My wife had the abregato (excuse the spelling 😁) and I had the carbonara. Both dishes were excellent, I could not fault them and was mopping up the sauce with the fresh bread when the waitress came to clear our plates. We finished the evening with a complimentary Dissarano over ice in crystal tumblers, looking out over the bay. Our meal was just under €100 but we did treat ourselves to an excellent €55 bottle of Tuscon wine. The service, ambience and food was a bargain at that price. Would definitely recommend but would advise booking first. A wonderful experience and our...

But when they are busy (which is probably any time from 7-8pm) the service lacks, the order you make can end up incorrect if you make changes to the original dishes (such as changing out the pasta from Spaghetti to Linguini) and the food doesn’t seem as well made when comparing it to a day when it’s not busy. This may be because a lot of wealthy customers/groups and regulars eat there who would be the...
