Me and my son really enjoyed our stay here, this was first trip just for the two of us so naturally I was worried about many things - a massive thank you to the staff for making us so welcome and take such a good care of us. The staff is really a highlight of this hotel. In regards to food, I think it was brilliant. My 4 year old did not had any trouble at all. If you are like us and enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood and quality desserts- you will be absolutely fine. If you only like nugget and chips then macdonlds is nearby. Lunch was nothing special, we mostly came only to get some snacks as we were still full from bar snack but breakfast and dinner was just outstanding! Your pancakes are just amazing and I loves how every dinner was always different themed with different choices. We always left full and happy! On the same note wanted to say special thank the chefs for the delicious food, Ramon who always greeted us with such positivity and smile, Irene who is an outstanding member of the team, always so gracious and polite, at the end of our stay she even knew our room number which was small but such a personal touch and Tahi who would always make my little one laugh and was so kind to us. Thank you to everyone so much. We were mostly served at the bar by Luna which I also wanted to thank you the great service and that nothing was ever too trouble for her. In regards to the room, we liked everything- very clean, spacious, amazing views to sea and pool, very quiet in the night (residential area, no music allowed) I will just say that the wall are very thin and with 0 soundproof I did not had the best night sleep as gentleman next door was snoring to the point our walls were vibrating. So if you sensitive to noise at the night time, don’t forget your earplugs. Housekeeping team was always polite and did a great job at cleaning. Thank you. And lastly and most importantly huge thank you to the entertainment team (unfortunately I only catched Marta’s name as they mostly had different outfits on!) but all 3 young ladies were OUTSTANDING and my son still remembers all the songs they did at mini disco together. We especially loved the water carpet activity and t-shirt painting- the team is always full of smiles, positivity and energy, really made our day special. Location is great, clean, only 5 minutes from the beach and always felt safe. I also want to mention that hotel is really working overtime by keeping it clean.

The only thing that I did not like was the snack bar staff members (I will not mention her name) who had 0 English skills and would simply answer questions she don’t understand with random words. We asked her about the food, if it was chicken and she said yes yes chicken, when it was pork. Not big deal for us but someone with allergies or beliefs would not appreciate it. There were many incidents with her when you can clearly see she doesn’t understand the question and just lies. That is not right. Just say I don’t know if you don’t. Despite that, just want to say thank you for the brilliant experience...

Positives: the hotel and rooms are kept very clean. Food isn't bad, there's usually something to please everyone. All inclusive drinks and snacks are good. Entertainment wasn't bad, including nightly bingo. Room was decent enough. The shower itself was decent. Great location, the putting golf course is good fun a stones throw away and a nice sandy beach and shops are a very short walk away. TV in room has BBC and ITV. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and was left on permanently even when we were out the room, so it was always nice and cool upon our return. There's no way we could have slept without it in the height of summer. Negatives: Wifi is temperamental, often it will connect without the Internet working so make sure you have your data plan sorted. I asked the reception manager (I won't mention his name) about the wifi problems and he was quite patronising, saying it was only me who had a problem, which is a rude thing to say. He was lying because I'd spoken to other people who also said the wifi wasn't working and had reported it. They continue to lie in the reply to this review because I know for a fact that other guests had wifi problems, we spoke to them. And there's nothing wrong with my phone or my partner's phone, they connect fine with other wifi networks. So be warned, the hotel wifi is poor quality and often doesn't work. We both used our personal data instead. It's very arrogant to deny there's a problem and blame the customers. Wifi isn't a big deal but lying about it really annoyed me. Whilst the shower itself was good, the shower screen leaked so the floor got quite wet. I didn't report it because it wasn't worth it, we could put up with it for a week. The shower gel isn't great and very slow to squeeze out, so I'd advise taking your own. Toilet paper is cheap and poor quality but that's how it is most places I think. The lifts are very small, maximum 4 people and quite cramped. I'm not saying they don't comply with standards, just that they're not pleasant. The lights in the room are too bright, it would be nice to have a bedside light but all you can do is turn on multiple lights. Upon checking out, we handed in our safe key and the reception manager 'forgot' to give us our deposit back. But we didn't forget. I'm sure he was hoping...

Been home a week now after an early season holiday, the hotel itself is clean, great location and helpful staff. We had access to the VIP area which was good. Drinks accessible there and food such as open sandwiches, pizza, toasties, fruit and salad available when the main restaurant is closed which we found useful. The food in the main restaurant was fine, a little repetitive in that the same sort of meals were up each night just maybe with a different meat substituted - the lack of variety meant we did find ourselves eating out on an evening. The location is great just a 5 minute walk from the beach front and close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The entertainment area on a night was not really suited to us as a younger couple, but it was always busy with older couples enjoying their evening.

The walls between the rooms are very thin. We must not have had neighbours for the first couple of nights as we had read this and didn’t think it was that bad but as soon as we did have neighbours we could hear their tv/snoring/talking as if we were in the room. Also the cleaners on a morning were very loud. Even at 8am they are shouting to each other and the noise of them moving the beds to make them is so noisy! For people coming away to rest you don’t really get much peace.

Speaking of which we were unlucky as for a few nights of our stay there were some very loud guests that decided to bring the party back to their rooms in the early hours. On one night in particular they arrived back at 4am with music blasting and shouting going on. I rang down to reception and (credit to them) within minutes there was silence which I really appreciated.

All in all we enjoyed our holiday and appreciated help from staff members. Just a couple of negatives that personally meant we would not likely stay...

Just returned from a 10 day stay, the rooms are very basic but adequate, not a lot of spare room, balcony quite small, although it had a lovely full sized clothes airer for wet costumes and towels. Room cleaned every day. Be warned the shower will flood the floor, the water runs along the door trim, trick is place shower gel bottle at edge of showwer door on the trim to stop water running onto floor. We were on 7th floor and had a fantastic view over pools and down to sea. Getting to and from our room for someone with knee issues meant using the lift, there were 2 of the tiniest lifts and so slow, we spent a good 5-10 minutes most days waiting for an empty lift to reach us each time we needed it. Meals well where to start, in 10 days I had one hot meal, luke warm was the normal, however there was a microwave so you could heat the food, but you really shouldn't have to. We did mention it to rep, she didn't think it was a problem, but we know others had complained. Repetative as is the normal with most hotels. Entertainment was okay, the team were nice people. We met some lovely people here, both staff and holiday makers, but would choose a different hotel next time. View from room was fab, distance to beach fab too. Be prepared to pay €20 a day for 2 sun beds a day, and €3 per day tax for hotel stay per person. Also ,€50 for room safe which I personally feel should be free as it's part of your room. Enjoyed holiday on the whole but spent everyday at the beach.

Me and my family stayed here for 4 nights . Food was average as well as the inclusive drinks but this was to be expected as it was very cheap the rooms were 3.5 stars . The view from my.room was great see picture attached . The handsome male isn't included on the balcony please be advised The only reason I gave them a 5 star not 3 was due to the entertainment . Coral was top notch and really went the extra mile to make sure I had a fantastic stay. The darts and ping-pong tournament were great and Pilates is one not to be missed ! Coral is also a top rate photographer and took some lovely snaps of the family . Coral let me borrow a football Florian was also a top bloke but catered for the French and Spanish guests so I had a closer relationship with Coral. Mr Globales was a fun night however I was robbed of the win so probably wouldn't enter that one again myself as I'm a very sore loser . The medal you win is also very charming which added more salt to the wounds. Very entertaining holiday! Spanish covid rules were a bit harsh but not the hotel's fault . If I was garunteed another stay with just as much excitement I would rebook .
