Tapas Bar Eucaliptus — Restaurant in Calvià

I don't really understand the 4.6 stars of this place, I can only explain it because it is only given by tourists who don't know how proper tapas are. The portions are really small and the tastes are not like the typical tapas. There was noone in the staff speaking Spanish and they were treating us like aliens speaking to them in Spanish. It's a German place that is only for Germans just like majority of places in Peguera. I am sad for the low score but I would like to warn those few Spanish people that might end up there...

Kann leider die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das alles hat mit Kochkunst nichts zu tun! Fertige Tintenfischringe aus dem Kühlfach. Selten so eine geschmacklose Knoblauchcreme bekommen, patatas bravas hatten auch Fertigsoße. Wer bei echten Spaniern schon Tapas gegessen hat, kennt den Unterschied. Das ist typischer Touristen-Nepp! Überteuerte Fertigware, dazu noch eine dilettantische Abrechnung (schriftliche Quittung mit Krakelschrift - wir schreiben das Jahr 2022!!). Und auch das Servicepersonal (in diesem Fall ein Mann, der offensichtlich nicht für Gastro geeignet ist), sollte über ein gepflegteres Erscheinungsbild nachdenken.

Nachtrag zur Antwort des Inhabers: Schade, dass Sie null Ahnung haben, wie Rezensionen funktionieren. Ja, ich bin Local Guide. Punkte gibt es dafür, dass man beurteilt, und zwar UNABHÄNGIG davon, ob man viele oder wenige Sterne vergibt. Hätten Sie sich die Mühe gemacht, meine gesamten Rezensionen anzusehen, würden Sie selbst merken, dass es Humbug ist, was Sie hier als Ausrede benutzen. Auch wenn es Ihnen ungerecht vorkommt - einfach akzeptieren. Größe zeigt der, der Kritik annehmen und richtig damit umgehen kann. Z. B. so: "Schade, dass Ihnen meine selbstgemachte Aioli nicht geschmeckt hat. Vielleicht geben Sie mir ein anderes Mal eine zweite Chance, um Sie von meinen Kochkünsten zu überzeugen?" Mit so einer Antwort würden Sie bei mir punkten, und schon hätte ich nochmal einen Stern...
