Casa Enrique is one of those places that instantly tells you it’s worth the hype—just try getting a table without a reservation. On our first visit, we couldn’t get a table for four, the place was packed. That alone spoke volumes, so we made sure to book ahead for our next attempt.

We especially loved the sangria—refreshing, perfectly balanced, and a great companion to the meal. We ended the night with a delicious dessert that rounded off the experience beautifully.

Short staffed We always ate at CE, and we always liked it. However, this year something happened. We ordered fish, snitzel, cordon blue and grilled chicken with white sos. Both chicken orders appeared uncooked/ pink. We returned it to cook it a bit more, but it came back the same. Nevertheless, the family member who ate the chicken (one refused to eat it like that) got sick within the hour- diarrhea, headache. Still sick today, after last night’s meal. Pharmacy closes in Paguera at 21:00. So, not a pleasant experience, especially there was no store around to buy medicine. We will not go back there ever. Mistakes happen, but not after showing the staff the raw chicken. Not twice. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but serving uncooked chicken ruins someone’s health and vacation. It is small local restaurant. We booked the table in advance. People who know the place ready to wait outside till someone will finish and free the table. As I said small business and not many people working there, but I have to say staff where up the walls but still trying to be nice and polite. Got the drinks, got the food, almost everything was absolutely delicious. Pulpo was absolutely amazing. It was so good I even forgot to take a picture.
