Excellent pizzas, fast & friendly service, great price.

We turned up at 8pm without a reservation, which was a bit of a gamble, as it was a last minute decision to eat out. Head waitress was amazing and she found us a table, despite the busy booking schedule. This lady deserves a pay-rise, as she was EVERYWHERE….greeting, serving, carrying tables over her head & emptying the bins….she’s a pocket rocket, who spoke perfect English too (thank you miss).

Despite the busy hour, the open courtyard tables were spaced perfectly and we hardly noticed others were there, which might sound odd, but it just seemed to work.

Food arrived within 10mins of ordering. We didn’t feel rushed at any point. The pizzas were a generous size, with great flavours/toppings, perfectly cooked.

Despite loving Spanish coastal towns, i’m never a fan of the stucco style (rendered walls) buildings, but in the courtyard, as the lights came on, the walls seemed to come alive with an orange glow…..maybe now i’m starting to finally get it😂

3 x good sized pizzas, 6 x drinks, for under €60….can’t go wrong.

Do book, don’t drive there, as Carboneras is a pain in the backside for cars.

We will ABSOLUTELY be going...

It was very atmospheric in the little Plaza which was nice -- and also the lovely goat cheese salad. Apart from those things and the pleasant waitress, I found the food very disappointing and meagre in quantity, although attractively presented. The pizza were good in flavour but was a topping on top of baked durum bread. The vegetarian "meatballs' were rubbery and tasteless and there were only 4 very little ones. Maybe just as well. Conclusion:. Calling this fusion cuisine is a way a naming what anyone could do at home and...

Wonderful little restaurant. Menu comes in Spanish, English, German and French. The pizza Turca (pictured below), though thin, more than made up for it with flavour and the shoarma (also pictured below) was incredibly filling and is sure to take care of your hunger. The food's pretty cheap considering what you get, though one small complaint would be that you cannot pay with a credit card (This might not be an issue for most but I think it should be...

A great place to dine. The food is wonderful (try the pastas!) and the service is top tier. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the place has just an easy going vibe to it. Certainly worth having the experience if you're in Carboneras. A five star place, through and through. (The beer is wonderful. Just ask for a caña).
