We stopped by here with our 3 children early evening after reading good reviews. We entered the empty restaurant and were asked if we had a reservation, we said we didnt so the waitress checked with the manager then said they only had a table outside, it was november and we had young children with us so we said no thanks at which point there was another discussion and we were offered a table inside by the door. We sat down and I asked the waiteress what time the table was booked for later to be told it wasn't booked??!! Shortly after a table of 6 adults walked in, they were asked if they had booked, said they had not and were immediately offered a table inside. So it appears that us having children had made us unwelcome. Nice. The food was actually quite good, high quality ingredients and a good choice on the menu although the pizza dough was either missing the yeast or left over from yesterday. The waitress tried to be a bit more friendly for the short time that we stayed but they started clearing plates while some of us were still eating, a major fail. We were being rushed out to make way for the next money spenders by poorly trained, edging towards pretentious staff, led by a manager who has a lot to learn about...
Read moreWe were recommended the restaurant and were looking forward to Italian food! We booked a table for 9:30 PM, but had to wait outside for half an hour in the cold. Two of the pastas we ordered was okay, but the ravioli tasted like bad meat with ketchup, and the sauce of the truffle pasta tasted so bad we had to send it back. And I have never sent back a meal before. The portions were small, and we didn’t feel full after. In replacement for the truffle pasta we ordered a pizza. The pizza was raw, and so wet that it was almost inedible. We didn’t want to complain anymore, so we just payed and left. It’s a shame, but we had a bad experience, and we really wanted to like this place. One of the waiters was...
Read moreYou can taste very delicious Italian food here. A local advised us to visit this place in particular, we weren't disappointed. The two pizzas we had were: prosciutto and capricciosa. Both nice freshly homemade dough, that's what they stand for. I haven't had a pizza like this in a long while. Reminds me of the flavors of Italy. The place was loaded with people because of festivities in town, but they placed us at the bar, and that was fine. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful although they had there hands full. We were not rushed to finish our food fast but checked in on us regularly. All in all a nice experience that I would recommend others looking...
