La cangreja — Restaurant in Cartagena

First time in this restaurant. We had the duck crocquettes to share to start and not a lot of taste. My partner had the chicken ceasar salad and I had the Harry burger without any sauce . My partners salad and my chips arrive and no burger the waiter says it will be a moment after nearly 7 minutes it arrives. I start eating the burger and it does not taste good. So I had another couple of bites and it definitely tasted bad. Not fresh. I asked my partner to taste it to confim it is definitely off. I told the waiter and suggested the chef try it, he just shrugged and took it away and didn't return with an we got the bill they had charged 50% of the price of the burger. The waiter said I had eaten some so I had to pay. We did not pay the full amount. We paid for the things we ate and drank. The waiters were unable to deal with the complaint in the correct way. They seemed very young and inexperienced. I asked to speak to the manager but no-one was there. I have lived in this area for 20 years and been a chef for 40 years I have never seen such incompetence before and will be posting this...

Salimos de aquí DECEPCIONADOS. A este lugar le dan mucho bombo en redes sociales pero NADA MÁS LEJOS DE LA REALIDAD. A su favor diré que la atención si es buena. Pedimos una ración de Gyozas tikka massala una ración de patatas Berlín Frenc fríes, 1 quesadilla shrek y 1 pad Thai. La comida a la vista parece buena pero al comerla deja mucho que desear. Las raciones DE TODO eran pequeñas para el precio que tienen es una verdadera estafa. Las Gyozas no tenían apenas nada de relleno era casi todo masa y una salsa que le pusieron que sabía a todo menos a tikka Masala y la quesadilla chorreaba aceite por todos lados y para poner la guinda del pastel el Pad Thai estaba grasiento y tiene una mezcla de sabores que eso no hay por donde cogerlo. Mezclar los fideos de arroz con chipirones rebozados con crema de cacahuete entre otras cosas es lo peor que he comido en mi vida. He comido más aceite que en todo lo que llevo de año tengo hasta ganas de vomitar. Pues la fiesta junto a una Coca-Cola cero y un agua pequeña nos ha salido por 43,90 €. ¡Ojo y sin postre! Si llego a pedirlo me dejo allí más de 50€. De verdad no cometáis el error de venir aquí, hay sitios en la manga que le dan 100 patadas a este. Mal futuro le auguro a este sitio. Nosotros desde luego que no volveremos y de verdad que no os lo recomiendo para nada. No hay nada peor que comer en un sitio donde sientes que has tirado tu dinero y has pagado por algo que...

To be honest I was rather disappointed after waiting over an hour for our food after some others at the table received their food 45 minutes before. The server was not trained in the slightest and to be honest just came off rude. The food was decent but definitely did not make up for the slack service. My grandmother used to come here before she passed and highly rated the food and service, i hope they step it up to show...
