Unacceptable service. Avoid at all costs.

We had to wait for 35+ minutes before someone came to us to take our order (although we asked several times to a waiter to take our order, and had to go to the bar to ask...). This is beyond unacceptable, the only reason we stayed is for the nice atmosphere. People came and went before we were even asked what we wanted.

We ordered a tortilla de patatas and a tiramisu. When the tiramisu didn't arrive, we had to go ask to a waiter what was going on, he checked and 10 minutes later came to inform us that they were out of tiramisu, we could've waited the whole night. NOBODY informed us of that before. That's a sign of how clueless they are.

When we paid for our drinks and food, we had to wait 10 minutes to get our change back. The waiter was all over the place and went to do a thousand things before giving the change back.

Decepcionante el trato que nos dieron. Salimos a la calle a fumar. Para salir hay que dejar la bebida en vaso de plástico, como es normal. Pero cuando fuimos a entrar de nuevo el portero nos dijo que no podíamos pasar con la bebida porque el no sabía si era de dentro o no. Estábamos en todo momento a su lado en la entrada fumando y estuvimos 5 minutos. Lógicamente la cosa no quedó ahí porque le recriminé su actitud puesto que es su trabajo vigilar eso y estar atento y no acusar de algo que desconoces y que por supuesto no era verdad. Así que con toda la educación del mundo le dije que íbamos a pasar o nos devolvían el dinero de la bebida. Aunque le hable con toda la educación del mundo, se opuso a dejarme pasar, ya en este caso tanto con bebida como sin bebida. Imagino que porque le hice daño a su ego, al opinar sobre lo mal que estaba haciendo su trabajo. En mi opinión fue un abuso de poder en toda regla.

Y no quedó ahí. Porque como quise hablar con el encargado, salió una señora que más lejos de mejorar la situación, me faltó el respeto insinuando que yo estaba ebria y que me alejara de la puerta varios metros, poco más que como si fuera una delincuente. Me sentí humillada y le dije que no sabía cómo podían tener su conciencia tranquila tratando así a las personas. Una pena que tengan a gente así trabajando.

Fuimos invitados por el restaurante tras cenar allí un grupo de médicos y enfermeros que vinimos a Cartagena a un congreso y nunca habría imaginado una cosa así después de ver el trato tan bueno que nos dieron en el restaurante. Una...
