Burger King — Restaurant in Castelldefels

My review is based on my first visit here and hopefully the last. Firstly, cleanliness wasn't good. It is summer and in a country like Spain, to avoid the houseflies, one would expect the restaurant to have air conditioning which it lacked and hence there were many house flies. Secondly, Customer service is very bad. On the day I went, the display was not working properly and not knowing about the incident, I waited for 20 minutes and when I saw that none of the numbers on the display were changing, I decided to go ask them about my order.

I had to wait 10 more minutes just to check upon my order because there were quite a few customers and very few employees to cater. Once my turn arrived they acted as if they couldn't care any lesser. I had to wait some more time and finally I called upon a person.

The whole of which shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes ended up being more than 35 minutes in a "Fast Food" restaurant.

Lastly! The Nestea served there...

This Burger King is a total shambles. The front staff are slow and borderline useless. On the last 3 occasions that I have gone into this establishment to place a simple take away order (which I am capable of saying in Spanish, so that has nothing to do with the poor service) the service has been beyond a joke and there are always unhappy customers moaning and shaking their heads and complaining. The kitchen staff are also slow beyond belief and even simple orders like 1 burger with fries and a Coke get muddled up. Their staff all need serious on the job training and I am convinced the only reason that this place has any customers is became of its location. Really shocking service and...

Ok guys, I assume it's some kind of joke. Honestly one of the worst places I've ever seen. Everything dirty, customers not important for the service. Service lazy at all. We had to wait 25mins for 2 adults and 3 children sets. Tables, siting places and everything around was just awful, sticky and really dirty. Some customers had no places to sit, and had to ask the service to clean the tables. I don't recommend this place to enyone.

In my opinion Burger King management should take a look what's happening there !!!!!!! Thanks to such places you're losing the good brand name.
