Sat down with a buddy and ordered two beers. The waitress approached us asking about food ans we kindly (I hope) told her that we were just going to drink but we could use a menu in case we got hungrier during the night.
We were sitting there waiting for a waitress so we could order the next round. Instead the manager approached and he rudely told us: What are you eating?
We were at first startled at the lack of tact and respect of his questions and told him: we are just trying to get some drinks for now, thank you for asking though.
He then proceeded to tell us we need to get the check and started to remove everything from the table as if we were not paying customers.
The saddest part is to have spent a single dollar on an establishment that does not value a paying customer.
We do understand if they did not want us just drinking, but the approach and service received was not warranted.

I found my food to be far too oily (grilled chicken, bland. Sliced potatoe (too soft and oily so became mushy when trying to cut properly) and a mouth full of soft oily mushroom and courgette.
My partner had leg of lamb served with the same as my chicken. He said it was bland also and again very oily.
The table wasn't cleared for 15mins after we'd finished our meal. I think the locals may take preference over tourists sadly. Would not recommend. Still felt hungry and certainly did not feel it was...

I love food, it's my passion, and this restaurant should be on your list if you are in the area! The aubergine with honey is sublime, and a refreshing change. foie gras made on site by the owner is some of the best I've ever tasted, the texture is yoghurt smooth with a tender meat creaminess through its flavour, contrasted by the sweetness of the fig conserve
Would highly recommend, the staff were brilliant, really warm welcome, they speak fluent Spanish (obviously) some of the staff speak Portuguese and English
