I recently had the pleasure of dining at Unlugar and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff and a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything I tried was simply delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and full of flavor.

The service was also top-notch. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure our dining experience was perfect. They were happy to make recommendations and were always there when we needed anything.

In terms of ambiance, Unlugar was beautiful, with tasteful decor and a cozy yet sophisticated vibe. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had been put into every detail, from the lighting to the music.

Not the best experience. We visited Unlugar after it was recommended to us and it has some great reviews online. Social media shows some great food. Dissappointingly not much of this was on the menu tonight.

We both ordered pizza. It did look good. Unfortunately the pizza base was wet, soggy and uncooked in the middle and dry and tough (uncuttable) on the outside. Pretty much inedible. It was a waste of the good ingredients on the top. The rocket looked wilted and cooked and the cherry tomatoes were freezing cold. The waiter was really helpful and offered to replace it. I didn't opt for another. He took 1 pizza off the bill. (He got the money in the tip). We both had ice cream there supplied by probably Barcelonas best ice cream makers Dela Crem. Mine was fine. My wife's was crystalised (not stored properly) and not good. Again inedible Just disappointing. I'm not sure we are...

Habíamos reservado a las 22:00h teniendo en cuenta de que habían fiestas en el pueblo. Llegamos a las 21:55h y nos sentaron muy rápido, hasta ahí todo genial.

Ahora viene cuando el camarero decide desaparecer y nadie nos toma nota y estamos como 45 minutos sin pedir ni bebida, ni comida. Una vez que nos toman nota, pedimos algo de picotear y unos platos individuales para cada comensal, para nuestra sorpresa el picoteo vino a las 23:00 y la comida casi a las 00:00.

Suerte de una camarera que salió a dar la cara muy amablemente y pidiendo disculpas mil veces por la tardanza, al parecer, había falta de personal y se les había complicado bastante la noche. Nosotros como buenos clientes y viendo que prácticamente todo el salón estaba quejándose de malas maneras de la tardanza a la hora de sacar platos no quisimos decirle nada a la pobre chica puesto que ella no tenia la culpa del pésimo servicio que estaban dando.

La calidad relación precio, está bastante sobrevalorada, todo y que la comida está buena no es algo espectacular como para pagar “X” por plato.

No hemos visto bien que no tuvieran ningún tipo de detalle con nosotros, hemos escuchado a otras mesas que se han quejado de malas maneras por el servicio, como les ofrecían algún postre gratis para compensar el mal servicio que habían tenido, o quitarles algo de la cuenta porque no estaba al gusto del comensal, sin embargo a nosotros que en todo momento hemos entendido la situación y hemos actuado de la mejor manera posible, no han tenido ni el detalle de quitarnos el pan y no cobrarlo ( ya que lo habíamos pedido para picar viendo la tardanza del servicio y estando una persona embarazada y un niño sin cenar) o de invitarnos a un chupito.

En mi opinión intentan abarcar más trabajo del que pueden atender, teniendo en cuenta de que fuera del local han montado una especie de zona con DJ para tomar algo y son los mismos camareros los que se encargan también de atender esas mesas de fuera.

En definitiva basándonos en nuestra experiencia ha sido un chasco en todos los sentidos. Entendemos que han podido tener un mal día y eso no significa que siempre pueda llegar a pasar esto ya que una pareja de nuestro grupo ya había venido a comer a este mismo sitio y el servicio según nos dijeron fue de 10.

Así que, si tenéis pensado ir a este establecimiento ya sea a comer o a cenar, intentad que no sean días de fiesta donde haya masificación de gente para evitaros así este tipo...
