Fabulous! What a great find. Run by the dynamic duo of Bruna and Venessa offering outstanding passion for what they are doing, exceptional. I had their house salad which was extremely tasty and refreshing, lovely leaves, some quality pecorino shavings combined with the other ingredients really works well. Then the pizza with Bruna's reinvented base is a most pleasant surprise, working perfectly with the buratta and then complemented with the choice of toppings. Next the tiramisu, something I would normally not choose, but as it happens it was brilliant, accompanied with a little theatre from the ladies. The wine menu is small but it is all you need for the perfect compliment to the food. I had an excellent Grillo, even purchased a bottle to take home. Also worth noting the extreme quality in relation to the reasonable cost. Can not recommend this establishment highly enough and wish these extremely hard working and dedicated entrepreneurs all the success...

8 Tables and constantly at least 20 hungry customers, so be prepared to wait in line but rest assured it's worth it!

Like mentioned in countless comments before Vanessa and Bruna are running the show impressively.

The porchetta Is super delicious and the skin is crispy. I had to order the porchetta burger After having the focaccia which was super crispy and flavorful!

I rarely give 5 stars because I believe there's always something to improve but this was hands down the best piece of roast pork I've had and Bruna the chef Is so passionate it's already an experience just watching her doing her thing and Vanessa running (literally) the house.

As I heard the chef is the 3rd generation of porchetta specialists and you can taste that.

Just the flow of pedestrians is a bit annoying when sitting outside but as long as you are chewing on their delicious food you might just forget where you are.

Creo que puedo decir, sin exagerar, que este es el restaurante italiano más fabuloso en el que he comido jamás (y he ido a Roma 2 veces). Todo en este sitio roza la perfección: la comida, el ambiente, y, sobre todo, la atención inmejorable de Vanesa, que te contagia con su energía, su alegría y una positividad que hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Es de esas personas que transforman un buen restaurante en un lugar al que quieres volver una y otra vez.

Y si la atención ya es de 10, la comida consigue superarla. Como soy intolerante al gluten pero no celíaca, Vanesa me explicó que podía comer la pinsa, gracias a su mezcla de harinas de trigo, arroz y soja. Fue una revelación. Pedí la Tricolore, con burrata, tomate semiseco, jamón de Parma, albahaca y rúcula… y todavía sigo salivando al recordarla. La masa, la combinación de sabores, todo absolutamente delicioso.

Mi amiga pidió la Parmigiana, una milhoja de berenjena con salsa de tomate, mozzarella di bufala DOP, parmesano y pesto de albahaca, 100% sin gluten. A mí no me suele gustar la berenjena y aun así… podría haberme comido treinta. ¡Increíble!

Tienen además una oferta muy cuidada para personas con intolerancia o celiaquía: pizza sin gluten, platos italianos adaptados y hasta cerveza sin gluten italiana. Y para cerrar con broche de oro, nos invitaron a un limoncello casero que fue la guinda perfecta.

El ambiente es cálido, acogedor, auténtico. Todo transmite amor por lo que hacen. Nos hubiera encantado volver todos los días a comer allí. De hecho, quisimos volver el miércoles antes de irnos de Conil, pero nos encontramos con que cierran lunes, martes y miércoles (¡error nuestro por no fijarnos antes!). Si lo hubiéramos sabido, habríamos repetido sin duda.

Y por si todo esto fuera poco… los precios nos parecieron absurdamente baratos para la calidad que ofrecen.

Solo puedo decir que recomiendo este sitio con devoción absoluta. Cualquier persona que vaya a Conil y no pase por aquí, se estará perdiendo una de las mejores experiencias culinarias posibles. Sí, estás en Conil… pero hazte un favor y come en este italiano. Es de los que no se olvidan.
