When you’re in town look no further there’s no point to look for a different place to eat for five star quality food hospitality and ambience - this is the place to go. I was greeted warmly at the door when I walked in was given a couple of options to sit. From the time I sat down I was treated like royalty by Juan Carlos. I was not terribly hungry so I struggled with many wonderful choices on the menu in the end he guided me to a house special - merluza rellena de centollo! (Hake with Spider crab in the middle) I ordered it - it was absolutely the best fish I’ve had all year the best presentation in the best meal I’ve had in my entire Camino! I extended compliments to the chef who came over the table and was introduced to me as the infamous Maritxu. She is truly an artist in the kitchen. His words stayed with us: life is miracouls! Yes, indeed...if you go to Corcubión donyourself a favor and swing...

They will bring you some of the crabs and lobster to the table for you to see the quality. Then they cook it for you in the kitchen just in the corner of the dining room ! We got the parillada for 50€. We also got a bottle of alvarinho, a local white wine. Everything was delicious ! The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. They don't seem to speak english, but if you speak a bit of Spanish, they will make the efforts to explain you everything about the seafood you are...
