Great for breakfast tostadas, lovely coffee. Went to see what their evening meals were like, board outside said menu del dia & noche, however there is no readable menu for this & the young waiter, although very pleasant, couldn't tell us what we had a choice of. Settled for what little we had understood. Salad to start was quite pleasant, chicken for mains, although plenty of it, was really a bit dry & nothing special. They had to go to look in the fridge to tell us what they had for dessert, again nothing special. Price OK but have had a lot better for similar price in the area. We had the €12 three-course lunch menu and it was DELICIOUS and incredible value for money. A beer each was also included in the price. We really tested the waitress’s patience because our Spanish is rudimentary and we took a while to realise that we had to choose a starter. We had a fish soup and a pork in turmeric rice. I’m not sure if there was a choice of main but we both had a kind of chicken stew (two large pieces on the bone) with potatoes and peas in it. Food was reasonable the whole but customer service wasn't great. We went for Menu del Dia then were told that the desserts we had chosen (we were given a choice by the waitress) were not on the menu and we had to pay 5 euro each for them. They did back down once we pointed out that it was their mistake but had to argue which isn't easy when your first language isn't Spanish.
