Let me start with the good features of this place - the food is really okay and the dishes we received were very tasty. So why such a low opinion? In my opinion no less, and even more often, it is the service that matters most in a restaurant; and here - unfortunately - the service is on a very low level.
The waiters only speak Spanish, which is a big problem for a foreign language customer. For example, we were asked in Spanish if we would like a starter of bread with aioli; we agreed. To our surprise, the receipt showed two portions of the starter; the total amount was 4.40 euros (for four small pieces of bread). The starter is not listed on the menu, so there is no chance to find out for yourself how much this pleasure will cost you.
My attention was also drawn by the "enthusiasm" of the waiter, who was not enthusiastic about serving guests (as if he was doing it by force).
Beware of the 10% service added to the receipt. It surprised us. We had not noticed such information in the menu before. Perhaps it was our oversight, but be vigilant when looking at the menu.
The restaurant is located in a street with many other pubs - we recommend going to the neighboring ones - they are...

We ordered the "Gambas al ajillo" (garlic shrimp), served sizzling hot in a clay dish with olive oil, garlic, and fresh herbs. The flavor was rich and traditional — exactly how this classic Spanish tapa should be. It was incredibly aromatic and full of taste, perfect for dipping with fresh bread.
The menu offers a great variety of local dishes, and it’s clear that the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The staff was friendly and the service very efficient. The location is charming, with a cozy outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal.
This restaurant captures the true essence of Spanish cuisine — simple, honest, and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic culinary experience in Spain. We’ll definitely be...
Read moreThe service started off well, until the food arrived. We had one vegetable paella and one fish paella, they seemed to have been cooked in a rush and neither were cooked enough and had very little flavour (the fish one was worst didn't taste right) we have had paella many times so we know how they should be and this is the worst we have had, but when we mentioned it to the waiter/manager they got very angry and took the fish one away and didn't say what they were doing and when we asked he just brought over the bill we said we wanted something instead of the rice he said we would have to pay for both meals even though by we did not eat the rice, after speaking to the manager who was also rude he eventually took the fish paella off the bill but almost threw it at us. Have never experienced such bad customer service, such a shame as it looks like other items on their...
