Way overpriced for mediocre food. Our server was sweet but the management is rude and overbearing. This is the third time here, I went with a friend who goes often and wanted me to try it again. Neither of us will ever go back. While I could go over all of the infractions I do not want to write a novel. We were shocked at the lack of professionalism. To top it off when paying the manager charged our credit card 20€ more than the bill. When asked about it he said he did not have his glasses on. We noticed he did not wear glasses when other groups were paying. Our thought was that they thought we were tourist and we would not be back anyway. The whole experience...

Great little bar though they seem to prefer to view themselves as a restaurant, which makes me wonder why the kitchen always seems to be closed and they call themselves El Chiringuito? OBTW a great way to deter repeat custom is to have the same playlist on repeat everyday (and its also slightly inappropriate for a daytime BEACH bar too) Also since you are a beach bar and it's 38 in the shade why the need for a T-shirt? Oh and I have to say service here really isn't that bad, which by spainish standards means VERY GOOD and you get an actual pint pot made of glass if you ask for a large beer :D FWIW it wouldn't hurt to fill the last quarter...

Discovered this place looking online and was not disappointed. From the outside it looks like a little beach bar, but we knew it must be good when we turned up at around 7.30 and all but two tables were reserved.

The food was great but we had our children (English) so they struggled to find anything they'd eat, settling on Croquettes and fries.

Myself and my wife however loved it with Tuna Tartare and Tuna Rataki, complemented by a large G&T. Food was great, service was friendly and the ambience was very relaxed.

Ideal place for a couple, but not so sure it's suitable for children - at least kids who aren't that...

It’s a narrow restaurant with an edge on the beach. We were talked through with enthusiasm the extensive fish menu. We don’t always eat much fish, but such was the guy’s clear passion for the food, we all had fish tapas and main courses. Everything was delicious, washed down with a good Rosé. The stuffed mackerel’s presentation was stunning and proved wonderful and boneless. We have been several times before and have loved its location and friendly service but the food on this occasion was outstanding.
