Roof Top 2030 — Restaurant in el Campello

This could be so good. The inside lounge area is nice the outside seating is pleasant, yet the atmosphere is tense. The staff seemed stressed out and unhappy, repeatedly dismissing our looks to get served with a wave of the hand as if to say just wait. Eventually drinks arrived, we didn't eat but the food looked well presented and tasty but a nearby table said they felt it was expensive for what you got. Service was slow for everyone, two tables had to query their bill and because the doors were closed with no signs saying open on them, we saw two couples look inside and then go back to the lift and away. It is a shame because this could be such a good place if they got their act together. We will try it again when we start hearing good reports...

Slow service, food not cooked properly (prawns), chicken bites were so dry we couldn't swallow them. The food isn't cheap so we expected it to be better. Then they supposedly ran out of the wine we liked (medium price) and kept trying to upsell us an expensive French wine. I asked for a bottle of wine instead of more food (to replace the food we returned), they agreed and brought out a bottle of the wine that they had supposedly run out of. The bill arrived and they had charged us for everything. I complained and they fixed the bill. It's a pity because it's in a nice location. Perhaps just go for a drink and enjoy the view and then...

Fuimos a cenar ayer con mi pareja y un familiar.Ya había estado tomando un cocktail antes y la verdad no me desagrado el local (moderno, bien decorado etc...)por eso decidí llevar a mi familia a cenar pero me decepcionó bastante. La música en vivo bien pero altísima , era imposible hablar ni pedir , el servicio regular ,la dueña tuvo un comentario desafortunado con nosotros, si no eres cliente habitual o un conocido te dejan de lado.Te sirven rápido pero luego estás esperando mucho tiempo que alguien venga a preocuparse de si necesitas algo . Aunque la situación COVID ha mejorado, el personal lleva las mascarillas de cualquier manera si la llevan,los clientes habituales o conocidos entran en el local sin ellas etc...... La cena correcta pero nada del otro mundo y los precios un poco excesivos.La entrecot que cuesta 21 euros la pedimos al punto y llegó muy hecha, las patatas bravas eran caseras pero no dejaban de ser patatas fritas con un poco de salsa etc... Sólo volvería allí para tomarme un cocktail . Es una pena porque el local...
