We had our final night dinner here. It was disappointing to say the least. The starters were ok, tortellini and the mixed seafood. The mains were not good. I ordered the octopus with truffle mash and my friend ordered the sea bream. There was no truffle in my truffle mash so I flagged this to the waiter who confirmed that they in fact didn't have any truffle. A vital missing ingredient in my opinion - especially when the meal is advertised as truffle. They took my food away without much bother and I re-ordered. My friend's sea bream was a pitifully tiny fish. We were going to share our dishes and she had placed some of her (incredibly small) fish on my plate. This all got cleared away when they took the octopus which was annoying. All in all we ended up paying close to £100 for 1 bottle of wine, some alright starters and some very poor mains. This is far far more than I would pay for a quality meal and wine in London. Definitely would not return, definitely would not recommend. (They removed the €2.50 bottle of water from the bill for...
Read moreNicely located restaurant, we came for "early" dinner 8pm with no reservation. Got a table in the garden on the back side on request. We did not need the sea view. It's not that spectacular and lot of people walking by in the front. Service was good, our waiter was very pleasant and attentive. I would agree with other commends that only QR code menues are a bit sad but very common today. I would recommend to have an improvement to the menu layou for easier usage. Food is ok, I was expecting a bit more due to the reviews and looks of the place (also price). Going in to details I would have liked a sauce to the lamb, also the red wine was served to cold, the waiter warned for it but just had to let it warm up. The paella was according to the family not the best. 2 langouste and a few shrimp. The best dish was probably the pork with couscous. A cheese starter was ok, but a bit overpriced for what it is. 4 people, food...
Read moreI visited this place to have lunch. Despite there being a table available, the waiter told me there wasn't one and pointed to a table in the bar area. I was then ignored for a while and someone offered me drinks. I was expecting the waiter who pointed me to the table to either take a food order or offer me a table later. I was just ignored. I have eaten here in previous years before, and although it is very Spanish, people made the effort. Not so this time. I even had to find someone to get the waiter to get me the bill. I recommend if you don't speak Spanish or have Spanish friends, you avoid the place. There are many other places nearby that serve better food and are prepared to go the extra mile to gain...
