Following all the great reviews, we couldn't wait for 8pm to have our dinner here and, unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience. Service was careless and unfriendly, not sure we got a single word or a question or a recommendation. First, we requested a bottle of wine or a wine menu, we got 2 glasses of white wine, which was acidic and fairly not good. We then ordered beer, I haven't got mine til 45min later. Our ordered lapas came with no garlic sauce, chewy and with a rotten taste. We turned them to check, not sure if that was looking fresh. Then 5 min later they came without a word and just changed our lapas dish with one with garlic, no sorry, no explanation. We've tried these one, but they had the same similar chewy rotten taste but with garlic. Moving on: la sopa de mariscos was quite tasty. The paella had quite a tasty sauce too, but the shrimps had yet again a rotten taste, so did the mussels. Don't know what was going on yesterday evening, but any sea food we had seemed not fresh. We had some deliciously cooked local food here. Everything tasted very fresh, especially the seafood and fish. Je ne mets pas 1 étoile car la nourriture était mangeable (mais sans plus, notamment : viande dure attention). Le service et le local étaient épouvantables. On y est allés deux fois et les deux fois j'ai vécu la même mauvaise expérience. Pour exemple : lorsque nous avons demandé à l'une des serveuses de répéter la liste des desserts, elle nous a répondu "vous devez m'écouter et prêter plus attention lorsque je vous dis les desserts". Le lendemain, ma famille y est allée 10 minutes avant ma femme et moi car nous avions du retard à cause d'une immersion sous marine. Lorsque nous avons dit que nous étions prêts, le serveur nous a dit "nous vous avons attendu, vous allez maintenant attendre" 😳. Jamais je n'ai entendu une chose pareil dans un restaurant. Et pour finir, en pleine crise Covid, un bon gros cheveux noir dans la parrillada de pescado (photo à l'appui). Je vous laisse aussi apprécier l' "aménagement" des toilettes...
