Edit: lowering my overall review some after my last visit where I received a salad that was EXTREMELY too salty. Normally I do not complain to staff about issues like these, but when asked by the chef if we were satisfied with the meal we explained the situation. She seemed to think it would be impossible for there to be too much salt, even though you could visibly see various huge granules on every spinach leaf. Will likely only return for dessert in the future.

Restaurante muy recomendable, la atención es muy buena, tienen una extensa carta de vinos y te ofrecen maridaje con sus platos y postres. Fui a cenar el sábado de carnaval, y a pesar de que tenían bastante gente, el trato fue muy correcto. Pedí tartar de atún rojo con sorbete de salmorejo y me pareció excelente, la combinación de sabores y texturas fue increíble, cuidan mucho los sabores y las presentaciones; pedí el pan con jamón, me pareció impresionante, el pan es artesano y tiene un sabor espectacular, con ajo y tomate que le da un toque muy especial y un buen jamón, es un plato increíble que te sorprende. Me quedé con ganas de probar más panes, volveré seguro. De postre pedí torrija de leche condensada al Pedro Ximénez con helado de higos caramelizados, una experiencia impresionante, viene en una cajita cerrada y te lo abre el camarero cuando te lo lleva, lo que hace que descubras un olor a canela que te lleva a un viaje de sabores, la torrija está calentita, esta perfecta de sabor, que al fusionar la con el helado hacen una explosión de sabor increíble. Destacar que los helados son de Da Massimo, que tienen el premio al mejor helado y que puedes degustar en cualquiera de sus cuatro heladerías, están buenísimos y tienen variedades muy interesantes. Tienen un menú degustación muy interesante, que volveré para probarlo, a un precio muy asequible. Deseando escaparme al Puerto a probar más cositas. He vuelto en agosto 2021 y todo un acierto, he podido probar más platos y sigue siendo mi restaurante de referencia en el Puerto, el personal es muy atento y simpático y la cocina es espectacular, volveremos siempre que vengamos porque merece mucho la pena probar muchos platos que nos faltan, el pan de jamón sigue siendo un imprescindible. Amazing place! You just have to make sure that you get there between 9 and 9:30 over the summer (a bit earlier during August) because it gets PACKED very quickly!! If you decide to go, make sure that you try the "tartar de atún con sorbete de gazpacho" it will literally blow your socks off!!

Also, the staff, they are all wonderful! Extremely helpful and delightful to ensure a great night! Might not be the best place for a first date because it is kinda loud at times, but it is the place you'd want to take your family for the rest...
