Absolute disaster‼️The service was shockingly unprofessional from start to finish. We ordered a specific tuna dish, but after a long 30-minute wait, we were brought a completely different meal—grilled tuna that was €7 more expensive—without anyone informing us beforehand or asking for our consent. The staff simply told us the original dish wasn’t available and assumed we would accept the more expensive alternative without discussion.
We were hungry, so we kept the meal, but that doesn’t excuse the total lack of communication or respect for customer choice. On top of that, no one on the staff spoke English. Rather than resolving the issue discreetly, they kept interrupting our meal with awkward phone translations, which only made things more uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, another dish we ordered—grilled salmon—came with just three tiny potatoes and was missing the radish that was clearly listed in the menu. A disappointing presentation for what should have been a balanced plate.
Even something as simple as a cappuccino was disappointing—at the bottom of the cup, we found an overly sweet, artificial syrup with a strong chemical taste. We have no idea why that was added, and it completely ruined the drink.
When the bill arrived, we were charged the full price for the more expensive tuna dish we never agreed to. After voicing our disagreement, the waitress reacted with open hostility—raising her voice in Spanish and handling the situation with zero professionalism. Only after a manager at a nearby table intervened was the bill adjusted.
Even then, the waitress handled the card terminal rudely and aggressively, with no apology or basic courtesy like a simple goodbye. To top it all off, we felt unwell after the meal.

Sitio nefasto en ubicación inmejorable. Hoy paseando con mi hija y mi pareja, hemos pensado en tomar algo en este lugar, al cual ya había venido antes y me habían atendido bastante mal. Pero hoy ha sido el remate.. Situación: Elche a 33°C con una bebé en el carro, nos acercamos a una mesa esperando SIN SENTARNOS A QUE NOS ATENDIERA UN CAMARERO, aclaro que la mesa NO ESTABA RESERVADA y era la única que quedaba a la sombra, y tenía un espacio super grande para poder dejar el carrito sin molestar. Bueno, en cuestión de segundos viene una camarera que nos cuenta un rollo sobre que ahí no nos podíamos sentar porque el carro cortaba el paso de los camareros, (increíble porque quedaba más de un metro y medio para pasar, pasar a donde? Porque la mesa daba a las escaleras que miran a la iglesia) y nos ofrece sentarnos en la zona de dentro pero rápidamente rectificó diciendo que no, porque las mesas estaban todas preparadas para dar servicio de cenas (sin saber ella si íbamos a comer algo o simplemente a tomar solo una copa). Después nos indica que podemos sentarnos a PLENO SOL (repito con una BEBÉ) en las mesas mas alejadas de los clientes que estaban sentados ya. Aclaro también que la terraza en general estaba bastante vacía, qué habían mesas libres con el cartelito de reservado que lo ponen y lo quitan según les venga bien a ellos.. Le he indicado yo también amablemente que podría ponerse ella alli a pleno sol con su hija, a ver que tal.
En resumen: Llevamos un bebé y tatuajes y el ambiente es muuy estirado, íbamos vestidos de manera informal (domingo por la tarde) esta señora nos ha mirado super mal y no quería que nuestra hija molestara en su terraza.
Anteriormente ya me habían pasado cosas en este lugar pero nunca me imaginé esta situación tan desagradable de qué básicamente te echen.
Hay negocios en Elche que merecen mucho mas el apoyo de los ilicitanos que este sitio. Os deseo mucha suerte porque estas cosas...

Disappointing experience. We were served a different (and more expensive) dish than what we ordered—without being asked or informed in advance. Service was slow and communication very poor. Staff seemed irritated when we raised concerns, and the atmosphere was far from welcoming.
Even a simple cappuccino came with a strange, overly sweet syrup at the bottom. Definitely not a place...
