Dear readers, I sincerely advise you not to visit this Burger King cafĂ©. I came in and placed an order. The cafĂ© was nearly empty, with only about five or six people there. I watched and observed how they were preparing my milkshake and in what condition they served it to me. Two employees were just standing there, chatting with each other, while my milkshake was left hanging on the machine. It looked so beautiful in the photo, which is why I decided to order it. You wonât believe it, but I have never experienced anything like this at any other Burger King location. I sat alone near the counter for about 15 minutesâwaiting for just one milkshake! During this time, one of the employees dropped all the cups on the floor. Instead of throwing them away, he picked them up and placed them back on the counter as if nothing had happened. Itâs possible that the same cup they used for my milkshake had been hanging on the machine all along. When I finally received it, I tried to express my complaints and requested a new milkshake, but they started speaking to each other in Spanish, even though I addressed them in English. When I promised to leave a bad review if they didnât replace it, it was uselessâthey kept arguing with me in Spanish. Afterward, the apparent manager told me he would call security if I didnât leave. When I took a photo of the situation, both employees came out to the dining area and demanded that I hand over my phone so they could personally delete the photos from it. One of them said I didnât have the right to take pictures of âhisâ Burger King. He insisted that I couldnât photograph the counter or the prices. Dear readers, it was a complete nightmare. One of them even said he would call security, and at that point, I decided to leave, throwing the milkshake in the trash. That was the kind of service I experienced at Alicante Airport. I hope the management learns about this and takes some action. People like this shouldnât be representing such a globally renowned brand. I am very fond of this brand, but this incident left a very bitter impression on me. To the real owners of this business, I understand itâs a franchise, but employees like this damage and tarnish your brand.    Read moreFuimos a comer hoy 28 de abril, al burguer del aeropuerto de la zona de fuera, yo y mi chico solo tenĂamos efectivo para pagar, intentamos hacerlo en las mĂĄquinas y solo aceptan tarjeta, al dirigirnos al mostrador un chico nos dice que no pueden cobrar en efectivo, a lo que llama a su encargada y le decimos que que podĂamos hacer si no tenĂamos tarjetas y querĂamos comer, a lo que de malas formas nos contesta âno hay mĂĄs sitios para comerâ y ânosotros como comercio podemos decidir si cobrar en efectivo o tarjeta, si no queremos cobrar en efectivo no lo hacemosâ cuando desde el 2022 la ley general para la defensa de los consumidores y usuarios dice que âtodos los comercios tienen la obligaciĂłn de aceptar efectivo como de pagoâ segĂșn su explicaciĂłn era que no tenĂan sistema y las tarjetas y el efectivo son sistemas diferentes (aunque no hizo ni el intento de mirar si habĂa sistema) le pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones (no por que no hubiera sistema, si no por lo mal educada y malas formas que tenĂa) a lo que nos dice que no nos la da por quĂ© no somos clientes, compramos una salsa por las mĂĄquinas con el euro que me quedaba en la cuenta, y cuando le pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones por quĂ© ya habĂamos comprado y ya Ă©ramos clientes, pues no que por sus huevos no nos la daba y que como establecimiento podĂa decidir si nos admitĂan, que no nos daba la hoja y nos devolvĂa el dinero de la salsa (para eso si tenĂa sistema) al final ni nos devolviĂł el dinero ni nos dio la salsa, no nos quiso dar la hoja, y nos dijo que si seguĂamos allĂ llamarĂa a la policĂa para echarnos por quĂ© ella podĂa admitirnos o no, a lo que le dijimos que sĂ que la llamara que nosotros estĂĄbamos en nuestro derecho de pedir la hoja, luego de allĂ no quiso llamar a nadie y se metiĂł para adentro, pues nosotros sĂ que llamamos a la policĂa y vinieron e hicieron que la chica nos diera la hoja de reclamaciones que por sus huevos no nos iba a dar (con la policĂa sĂ que era amable y no alzaba la voz ni nada). Ya luego de todo el jaleo llenamos la hoja de reclamaciones, que luego llevaremos a los organismos competentes, pasamos a la zona de embarque, donde hay otro burguer king y vaya sorpresaaaa, en este si que aceptaban pagos en efectivo. ÂżSerĂĄ que todos los burguer king no tienen el mismo sistema?, que entendemos que habĂa jaleo pero no son maneras de atender con vaciladeras y chulerias, creo que deberĂan tener gente mejor formada para ciertos puestos, y mas cuando quieren hacerse los entendidos sobre leyes que si no no quieren no aceptan efectivo o el derecho de admisiĂłn (que por cierto no tienen ningĂșn cartel sobre ello) o que si no nos dan las hojas de reclamaciones por que no somos clientes y si somos clientes tampoco por que no le da la gana. Adjunto parte de la hoja de reclamaciones, donde ella alega que la amenazamos y la gritamos y la increpamos cuando es mentira, y que nos dio de soluciĂłn que pagĂĄramos con tarjeta en las mĂĄquinas, si ella nos hubiese dicho de buenas maneras desde un principio nos Ăbamos y ya hasta alli, y para colmo alega en la hoja de reclamaciones que nuestro pedido se nos da y no lo fuimos a recoger, cuando en realidad no hicimos ningĂșn pedido mĂĄs que una salsa por que no tenĂamos dinero en la tarjeta, y no nos quiso cobrar...
   Read moreI tried to order my food from the machine but there was an error when I tried to pay. It says something like "the price is different to display on some items. Do you wish to continue". I clicked "yes" but it still won't let me pay and display the same message again.
So I went to the counter. There were 2 girls standing together just chatting. They saw me standing there but decided to ignore me. I stood there for a minutes waiting for service but nothing. So I called them and told them I want to order food. They seem shock for some reason. Anyway, I ordered my food without any problem. The food was fresh and tasted good.
I ordered 4 menu. 2 steakhouse menu, 1 triple whopper menu and 1 double cheese and bacon menu. The total was âŹ58.95. It's crazy how expensive fast food has become.
