The young woman with back hair and black squared glasses is very rude and should either be fired or need VERY extensive training on customer service. i bought two rainbow cookies. I ate one rainbow one and then went for the second one. After I grabbed it and just as I was about to put it in my mouth, I saw that it was a fruit cookie which I did not want. I went up to her and said it was the wrong one and she told me that there wasn’t anymore rainbow cookies. Then she just left me standing there with an unwanted cookie in my hand. So I said ‘then what do I do now?’ She then said to return the cookie for a different one EVEN AFTER I TOUCHED IT. Then proceeded to give me a regular cookie and I just took it and went on with my day. Upon leaving, I went to the other cookie counter and saw that there was 5 rainbow cookies ready to be eaten. I called her again and said that there were 5 rainbow cookies here and she requested that I gave the cookie that she just gave me back to her in exchange for a rainbow one. Read moreI usually look for places that offer vegetarian or vegan options, so I was glad to find out that Subway had these choices on their menu & that’s why I decided to give one of their menus a try.
But, unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great at all !! The sandwich was not as I expected it to be. The service was really disorganized and slow, and what bothered me most was that the people I found in service didn’t seem to care about cross-contamination, which is really really really important when you’re choosing plant-based options.
They also didn’t have the chips I picked on the screen, and instead of letting me know or asking, they just gave me something else, and only when I asked why I got a different chips, they told me they don't have what I wanted. Then they handed me a drink completely uncovered, and while I was eating and drinking, there were flies flying around my table. Not exactly the kind of atmosphere you want while eating.
I hope this kind of feedback will be taken seriously to make some improvements, especially when it comes to hygiene and respecting...

First one staff started taking my order, and she was not listening to me, was busy chatting with her colleague. She took my order, started roasting my sandwich and only then asked of I wanted it roasted. Then she got a call and abandoned my order by walking away with the phone. Another staff took over and she was also busy chatting with another colleague. Had to really ask four times the same question, in the end raising my voice to get her attention. She was just doing whatever with my order. In the end while taking my payment, she didn't ask if i wanted anything else like a drink. Which in fact I did. She just punched in the price for me to pay.
I guess they do really good salea, that they don't care for upsale of more products. Really bad service!!!
