Just spent 42 euro on what can only be described as an insult to us. I had a risotto, which to all intents and purposes was made of mushroom soup filled with rice and 3 prawns. My wife's steak was not cooked as requested, and she could only eat the outer edges of it. The chips appeared as though they were out of a packet. Very unhappy. Will not be back. Your reply does nothing but pay lip service. Other negative feedback on this site contains the same response from you. Está mañana hemos comida 4 personas y hemos pagado 84,20€. Hemos pedido la cuenta y al venir el chico (era uno de los encargados. Llevaba un uniforme único) le hemos dicho que teníamos 10€ de descuento gracias a la app el móvil. Nos ha dicho que no podía hacer nada por qué ya había impreso el ticket y eso había que decirlo antes (en ningún momento nos ha avisado y luego decía "haberlo leído en el móvil"). Le he preguntado si nos podía sacar otra cuenta y ha dicho que NO. Le he preguntado, que si me pedía un café podía añadirlo a una nueva cuenta y sacar otro ticket y me ha dicho que NO. Le he preguntado por varias posibilidades, como por ejemplo, ¿Que habría pasado si se hubiese equivocado añadiendo algo a la cuenta, tampoco podría hacer otr ticket? Me ha llegado a decir que lo pondría con boli en el tiquet para no tener que sacarme otro. Me ha parecido que para que no pudiéramos hacer uso del descuento de la app, ponía excusas. Ha sido muy desagradable. Me he ido asqueado y con impotencia sabiendo que no nos ha dejado hacer uso de la app. Yo habré pagado 10€ de más, pero ellos han perdido mucho más. Por qué soy un cliente que va cada varias semanas y ahora tardaré meses en volver, por qué no tengo ningunas ganas de verle la cara al tipo. Le doy 2 estrellas por qué la comida estaba bien. Aunque mi pizza estaba encharcada de agua por culpa del tomate natural. Without a doubt the worst pizza I've ever been served today and we have eaten here for the last 6 years. This chain of restaurants doesn't know how to cook pizza where the crush isnt burnt and hollow, I know this and typically the actual centre piece of the pizza is good however today it was dripping wet and there was so much water left on the plate from the pizza it wasn't edible after the halfway point.
