Cuore Di Puglia — Restaurant in Estepona

A group of four of us went for a meal here. The food was OK at this restaurant and the prices reasonable. There are better restaurants in Cancelada but the meal was still good.

The main reason I'm giving it only 2 stars is the service was very bad. Despite it not being a busy night (restaurant about half full), the waiter took very long to serve us and didn't seem to put much effort in. Some examples was he initially did not give a drink or wine menu, then poured wine for everyone even though we said only 3 wanted it, 2 peoples main dish came out 10 minutes before the other 2 people main dish, etc. I know mistakes can happen but there was many here that showed a lack of effort. It was also clear others in the restaurant were a little frustrated (a couple beside us were visibly frustrated it took so long for their bill to come).

I don’t understand how this restaurant has such a high rating. The ingredients are super cheap, not even fresh mushrooms but canned and than ask 15 euro for that???!! It is beyond me how people think this is good quality food. It is severely overpriced for horrible quality. Also the garlic bread was the worst I ever had, couldnt even swallow it. We threw our pizzas away because the ingredients and taste were horrible.

Great inexpensive Italian restaurant in cancelada. We ordered tricolour salad, pizzas, lemon chicken and different pastas. Everything was delicious and freshly cooked with nice ingredients.
