Todo muy bueno, quizas lo más flojo fue el magnum almendrado de foie, el cual en lugar de almendra llevaba cacahuete. Para beber tomamos una sangría de cava, estaba muy buena, pero fue con diferencia la más cara que tomamos en la isla (30€)

Absolutely exquisite food. This is one of the best foods I have tried in Formentera, and ever. I heard the chef actually works in Michelin-rated restaurants in the US and Japan. It definitely shows in the food quality- the flavors are surprising, explosive and exquisite. And the best thing is, the portions are small - so you can order several different dishes to enjoy. Bonus: prices are very reasonable, especially for the food quality....
