Bar Cosmopolita — Restaurant in Fuengirola

Visited this restaurant in August whilst on holiday. We were walk in customers and the restaurant was very busy. Good sign.

We were seated very quickly and offered drinks. The pate/tomato soup starters were fresh and excellently presented.

We all had Entrecote steak as main course which was cooked to perfection. This was complimented with house salad and fries. Beer/house wine all good.

We were so impressed we returned for another visit, again with no booking. Again they accommodated us and provided us with excellent service.

Once again I left them a good tip to show my appreciation. If only more restaurants within the Torre Blanca/Los Boliches/Fuengirola area offered the same level of service/competence, rather than rip-off the tourists attitude used by some of the beach side restaurants who only want the Spanish customers during July/August and then stay empty for 10 months???

We will definitely return again on our next visit to the Sol.

This is my absolute favourite restaurant in Los Boliches, and the wider Fuengirola area. The quality of the food is outstanding and very reasonably priced - especially given the large portion sizes! What makes this restaurant stand out as much as the quality of the food, is the wonderful service. You can guarantee that you will be welcomed with a smile and made to feel special throughout the meal. It really makes the evening so much more enjoyable and also makes you want to go back again and again. For me, the grilled red snapper is simply sensational but they offer a variety of food to suit different tastes. It is clear that many of the customers are regulars and it is easy to see why in such a friendly atmosphere. I ate there three times in a 10 day stay! If you are looking for a warm welcome and great food then I don’t think you can find better locally. I don’t often write reviews but eating here I genuinely find to be a real joy. Always very busy, we had to book for an evening meal even in late September, the waiter service was second to none extremely polite, freindly and helpful. The menu was wide ranging and very reasonably priced too. Although busy, we never felt crushed the tables were spaced really well, giving waiters room to manoeuvre without impeding others. There was a pleasant ambience in the restaurant throughout the evening, the food was cooked excellent.... They are closed on Thursday's and parking is available on both sides of the road out front. Highly recommend...
