opening times advetised on google and notice on door open to midnight. went in before 10pm. ordered 2 drinks when given the menu, we asked what meat was in lasagne and bolagnaise, told it was bolagnaise meat (not sure what that is?) drinks came, poured and mixer bottles slammed on table. ordered 2 starters, tomato on toasted bread, asked for bolagnaise, told there was none so went for lasagne and prawn taglitelli. starters was ok, given cutlery and serviette which we used, before empty plates were cleared mains came out, plates swapped and had to ask for clean cutlery which had been taken off starters plates and put back on table. lasagne very small portion so asked for a portion of chips to go with it, told kitchen closed for chips! the 1 waiter working was rude from the start when we walked in, he was rushing around, slamming things about, turning customers away, all before 11pm when supposedly closing at 12. we did order another drink each which we felt pressured into drinking quickly, one other table left who looked to have the same service, plates swipped away etc. just before paying all hell let loose in the kitchen between the staff, massive arguement, obviously we couldnt understand but eventually waiter came back to take payment. when we left the big arguement was continuing in the kitchen, very rude and unprofessional service from start to end. food was ok but not fresh pasta which id expect from italian restaurante but...

Absolutely disgusting. Service is awful, touchy and letchy trying to get people in. We saw the menu and thought it had a wide range, however had we known it would be this awful we would have chosen next door.

Asked for one bottle of wine, they no longer had it. Then had 3 bowls of pasta, to which one didn’t arrive until AFTER we had finished, my mum had to eat hers 15 minutes later due to a problem from the waiter. This is disgusting, although he took the pasta off the bill, we wanted a family meal together, and would have preferred better service at a restraunt which has existed for over a year now. Pasta was also salty due to cheap pancetta. The manager on duty didn’t ask how we were and instead sat down with other customers in the restaurant, which is extremely unprofessional.

Pésimo servicio. Muy mala atención de los camareros y una actitud muy hostil. Hemos esperado más de 1 hora y nos han echado a una mesa de 11. No lo recomiendo.

A su respuesta: Lo único que demuestra con sus comentarios son las faltas de respeto que hemos recibido. Yo solo he hecho una opinión a la que tengo derecho. Si, hemos reservado la mesa y más de la mitad ya estábamos 14:20, nos han apurado para que vengan los demás (una situación que no depende de mí), hemos pedido bebidas y el menú para pedir y el chico nos ha dicho que luego de mala gana. Cuando la señora rubia viene a quejarse de mala gana de uno de los perros (a las 15:00) decimos que estuvimos esperando para pedir bebidas y nos contestan de mala forma que hay más clientes y debemos esperar (entiendo el caso pero deberían contratar más gente). Los perros ya estaban calmados, las mesas se retiraron porque habían terminado de comer (pues las vimos terminar) y nuevamente vino la mujer rubia a quejarse de los perros (cuando no ladraban pues les estábamos dando comida) diciéndonos que debíamos irnos. Nos traen la cuenta de muy mala manera y estuvimos esperando más de 30 minutos a que nos cobren, imposibilitándonos la salida del lugar. Al hacer la reserva lo hago para que no se ocupen esos asientos, entiendo que nos hayan apurado si había gente esperando pero el caso es que no había nadie haciendo fila y las personas que llegaban tenían lugar de sobra para sentarse en la terraza (estábamos pendientes de la situación porque habíamos acordado que si el lugar se llenaba y la gente necesitaba la mesa nos marchábamos) Por lo que estuve leyendo no soy la única persona que ha notado los malos tratos de los camareros, y usted me ha confirmado que quizá es la forma de manejarse en el lugar. Si no dan abasto contraten más gente y con buenas maneras, no traten con desgana y de mala forma a los clientes. Una pena, pues la comida tenía buena pinta, pero priorizo el trato. Que tengan...
