Ohana — Restaurant in Fuengirola

Update, three years later! 2025-08-05 Even worse, still that same extremely slow non existing service. No change what so ever! Now accomplished with large amount of dirt around the tables and on the ground! Paper towels, food leftovers, very dirty sticky tables. How is it even possible to manage a "bar" in this manner, the management must clearly be a major part of the problem! Too bad as this have the possibilities to be a little juvel on the beach side. Very, very slow service!

We had to remind the waitress three times to get an ice cube to the wine (wich was asked for during ordering)!

Table next to us asked for the check, it came after the second reminder. After payment, a few minutes later, they got the same check to pay once again.

We ordered pizza, when it arrived, finally, it was still dowey on one side and burnt on the other! However quite tastefull.

Location is however nice, right next to the beach...

Horrible. Waited for ages to even have a server take our drink order. He brought us the wrong drinks. We then tried to order food, they had no electricity so we had to wait. They came back and told is it was all fine and we could now order food. Our food took ages, we sat here for two full hours. Once we reminded them of our food they finally brought it out. The pizza was burnt to a crisp. We sent them back and said we did not want to order new ones. We complained about food and service. They yelled at us and told us we were lazy, rude, broke and insulted us in front of all staff and all the other guests. One of us left the restaurant crying due to the horrible treatment of the staff. I would never recommend anyone to visit here. Please stay far away. Staff attitude is absolutely horrible and disgusting. The food is just about the same, frozen and burnt. We had to pay full price for burnt pizza that was not even edible and had to...

I was there today for a coffee and an ice cream. I know what I wanted and when I askedfor it, the waitress told me that I had to order from the table even If I already told her what I wanted. Then, one minute later, I repeated my other from the table, ridiculous. I ordered an espresso and she brought me a big glass with a lot of coffee, weird though. Not happy with that I went inside to pay (she wasn’t around) and she ask me again to go to outside and ask for the bill from outside…really???? What was my surprise that while I was waiting outside an old couple was asking two ice creams, and she not only took the order inside, she took the money as well!! When I asked her why she could not take my payment from inside she told me that it was their rule and the terminal was outside (a mobile terminal btw and just 1 meter away from the door). She was so unhappy working and not nice at all. Worst...
