Acabo de probar los helados de Cognigni en Gandía y me han sorprendido gratamente. Son muy cremosos y tienen un sabor natural que se nota desde la primera cucharada. Elegí los sabores de turrón y higos con ron, y ambos estaban deliciosos, especialmente el de higos, con un toque original y bien equilibrado. La tarrina pequeña cuesta 3,50 un precio razonable teniendo en cuenta la calidad. Además, está al lado de la playa, lo que lo hace perfecto para un capricho después de un paseo, y cuenta con muchas mesas tanto en el interior como en el exterior, ideal para disfrutarlo con calma.

Los dueños encantadores. Ojalá tener estos helados en Madrid. Merecería la pena hasta el viaje a Junín. Los de la foto ya llevaban unos cuantos lametones 😋
