My visit to Mykonos restaurant in Gandia unfortunately turned out to be a letdown. My order was wrong – instead of suzukaki, I received souvlaki. When I pointed out the mistake, they refused to exchange the dish for the one I actually ordered. What's more, they suggested I'd have to pay extra for a new dish, which is completely unacceptable to me. Ultimately, the souvlaki I was served (and which is supposedly one of the best-selling dishes in this restaurant) turned out to be extremely dry and practically impossible to chew. This made the entire experience very unpleasant. I hope that Mykonos restaurant will take this feedback into consideration and improve the quality of their service and food preparation to avoid similar situations in the future.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to continue our correspondence, so I'll address the remaining points here. Firstly, while cutting into the dish, I noticed the absence of tomato sauce, which I immediately brought to your attention. However, the staff refused to take the dessert order in advance, saying it had to be done later. From the beginning, the staff ( not everyone) was quite dismissive and unfriendly.
