Mykonos — Restaurant in Gandia

My visit to Mykonos restaurant in Gandia unfortunately turned out to be a letdown. My order was wrong – instead of suzukaki, I received souvlaki. When I pointed out the mistake, they refused to exchange the dish for the one I actually ordered. What's more, they suggested I'd have to pay extra for a new dish, which is completely unacceptable to me. Ultimately, the souvlaki I was served (and which is supposedly one of the best-selling dishes in this restaurant) turned out to be extremely dry and practically impossible to chew. This made the entire experience very unpleasant. I hope that Mykonos restaurant will take this feedback into consideration and improve the quality of their service and food preparation to avoid similar situations in the future.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to continue our correspondence, so I'll address the remaining points here. Firstly, while cutting into the dish, I noticed the absence of tomato sauce, which I immediately brought to your attention. I understand a mistake could happen if I had verbally described my order, but in this instance, I pointed it out directly on the menu. I shouldn't have to know what the dishes look like. We were a group of three, only one of us spoke Spanish. We ordered one starter to share and planned to have three desserts afterward. However, the staff refused to take the dessert order in advance, saying it had to be done later. From the beginning, the staff ( not everyone) was quite dismissive and unfriendly. Due to strong wind, we had to move inside after the starter, but the attitude of the staff remained cold and unwelcoming. Overall, not a pleasant experience. The 3 stars just because of the food...

Una VERGÜENZA Pedimos : ensalada griega nos cobraron 13€ por un poco tomate con pepino y un trozo de "queso feta" son orégano . Humus por el que nos cobraron aparte el pan de pita Como pensaban que nos lo íbamos a comer ,a cucharadas Y Musaka escasa y cara En general todo escaso ,caro y poco o nada elaborado Y de postre el backlava ,un mini pastelillo libanés con una mini bola de helado también bastante caro . En resumen : NO NOS VOLVERAN VER POR DICHO RESTAURANTE Y como veo que al propietario le escuecen las críticas negativas le diré que aquí en España tenemos dos cosa: La primera : AJO Y AGUA La segunda EL CLIENTE SIEMPRE TIENE RAZÓN Que ha demostrado con su respuesta a mi critica la poca VALIA COMO PERSONA Y COMO PROFESIONAL Le tenia que enseñar en los sitio donde he comido y que él en su pu... vida va a poder ir por ser un .......... También le diría que en la carta solo viene reflejado el precio pero no viene ni la calidad ni la cantidad (para que se entere) Que si a un tomate , un pepino y una poca cebolla morada le llama calidad QUE VENGA DIOS Y LO VEA todo esto por 13€ Y por último QUE APRENDA A COCINAR Y LUEGO QUE SE META LA LENGUA ...
