The Fitzgerald Burger Company — Restaurant in Gandia

I ended up here being super hungry. Ordered the largest burger on the menu, fries, wings and a cheesecake. Sat at the table and was informed that the waiting time will be 20 minutes. I had nothing to do, I already paid and was hungry. 20 minutes later the burger comes. I cut it in 2 halves, to find out the meet was raw and cold on the inside. I had to return it wait a bit longer. Finally I received it and it was good. With all the going back and forward, I didn't even realized that they never gave ne the cheesecake. It was 10 minutes later, after leaving that I was thinking.....hmmmmm cheesecake, there was no cheesecake. Very unprofessional stuff. The girl at the register she was nice, she tried getting along with me, being I don't speak...

What do I say, great disappointment. Why, the Fitzgerald burger company is trying to reinvent the burger ?????? The burger meat is awful ; hard, chewy, rubbery, why ? Are they serving the great grandfather of the cow ????? Plus the meat has no taste, you really don’t know what are you desperately trying to chew !!!!! I ordered the classic Fitzgerald, and came with a piece of old rubbery bacon, cocked yesterday! The bun is soft and quickly disappearing! And THERE IS NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOM, as you must eat your burger with your hands !!!!! Total disappointment, except the ambience of an American diner and the girl at the counter, which is very professional! So that’s the first and last time in...

Servicio noche 9-08-22. COSAS A MEJORAR: 1.- Tras 10 minutos de cola para pedir hay que sumar 30 minutos para que esté disponible para comer en el local. 2.- Una vez sentados en el interior el calor es insoportable, se pregunta a trabajador y dice que tienen que arreglar el aire que hay muchas quejas. Recordar que estamos en pleno Agosto. 3.- Te sirven la bebida y hasta que llega la comida prácticamente están los hielos derretidos , en la bandeja que te sirven es muy estrecha y las bebidas y vasos son cristal y pesados , sinceramente es un peligro y puede provocar accidentes ya que es muy inestable, los propios trabajadores lo advierten. 4.- la entrada al local tiene un escalón que cambia de altura respecto al suelo del local y vimos tropezar a tres personas con riesgo de caída. 5.-los nachos (ignacios) mediocres. El topito de maíz no nos gustó y al tener tanto yogur los humedecía perdiendo crujiente, sinceramente no nos convencieron. 6.- pedimos brownie de queso y esperé para ver su preparación ya que la cocina está abierta y de puede ver, cosa positiva y negativa en este caso. Observe como el que lo iba a hacer le preguntó a compañero y le dijo que leyera los pasos , era su primera vez y nadie lo guíó en la realización. Sacó de neveras u otra zona una especie de base con queso y chocolate que metió en microondas , calentó 40 segundos, intento hacer una bola de helado de vainilla y salió lo que salió, un trozo dejado de caer de vainilla , sacó un bote de plástico con marca comercial de lo que parecía chocolate blanco y lo roció hecho filipinos y fin. Estaba todo frío sin contrastes,un mazacote, sin diferenciar sabores . El helado desecho nada más empezar. No lo volvería a pedir. No creo que sea culpa del trabajador pero no fue agradable o servar su preparación leyendo paso a paso y de la manera.que se manipuló. COSAS DESTACADAS: Un local precioso en buena ubicación peatonal, simpatía de los trabajadores, y unas hamburguesas maduradas que merece la pena probarlas , patatas también...
