Right in front of San Lorenzo beach, this casual restaurant has excellent quality of food and service.
Parking may be an issue; it is convenient to use the underground parking a few blocks away.
A good offer is the daily menu, “menú del día”, that includes 2 dishes from 2 lists, dessert, basket of bread, and drink(water, soda or wine).
From the first list, the fish soup with clams was delicious; another good choice is fabada known as Fabada asturiana, a rich Spanish bean stew, that also has salt pork, saffron, Serrano Ham, chorizo sausage, and morcilla.
From the second list I chose hake, Merluza, with green sauce. This is a classic in the Spaniard gastronomy; some ingredients are onion, garlic, white wine, flour, parsley and fish broth.
Like sweets? I love flan or flan de huevo... it was a good portion and tasty.

The bill: Adults €15, kids €9

Portions are indeed large and can be...
Read moreI had one of the biggest meals of my life here and could not believe the portion sizes. The local stew starter alone could have served four people.
The menu of the day was just €20 for three courses and each dish was fantastic quality. The waiter was helpful and gave very good recommendations.
The pork main was wonderful and so tender that it fell off the bone completely. The local cider is also very reasonably priced.
If you are hungry and after some authentic Asturias cuisine then this is the...
