Se trata de un bar antiguo de barrio, cuyo camarero/dueño ha ido envejeciendo al mismo tiempo que su negocio. Ha sido lo que mas me gustó y paralelamente lo que de igual modo me impresionó: ver a ese abuelete todo simpático atendiendo el solo todas las mesas de la terraza asi como las del interior de la barra, lento pero sin pausa... mi mas sincera felicitacion para él, todo un ejemplo a seguir en esta sociedad de hoy acomodada. Pies bien, el quinto de alhambra cuesta 2,5 € con tapa. Las tapas son bastante simples y no elaboradas... de primera nos puso un filete de lomo a la plancha con aliño. La verdad es que la carne estaba supersabrosa. De segunda un trozo de tortilla de supermercado. Despues vino una hamburguesa al plato. La cuarta ceveza tuvo el detallazo de invitarnos. Por lo que respecta a la atencion recibida todo peefecto. Pero para mi gusto el tema de las tapas lo ví algo básico. Tambien tiene un menú muy economico del que no puedo opinar ya que no almorzamos.

This is our favorite place for having a lunch every time when we come to Granada.You can feel such warm-hearted hospitality from the owner Antonio and with the price of 5,5€ one can have the first,second and salad plus coffee and dessert in a meal. We will continuing come back to Antonio in Granada,very recommended 👍👍👍

À faire absolument ! Je le conseille pour plusieurs raisons: l'absence totale de touristes, son prix défiant toute concurrence (je suis prêt à le parier!) et la sympathie du chef. C'est un bar-tapas conseillé par une amie de Grenade qui m'avait dit qu'il n'y avait que les gens du quartiers qui y allaient... et par conséquent, les prix sont imbattables. Le restaurant est dans une petite rue où il y a aussi un supermarché pas loin. La déco est complètement kitsch et décalée avec la tête du patron sur des affiches de films 😂 Il y avait une formule tapas avec entrée (assiette de 3 sortes de crudités + pain), soupe faite maison et enfin une généreuse part de tortillas pour... 3,5€ !!! Et avec ça, ma femme n'avait plus du tout faim ! Nous avions pris 2 "menus" + 2 verres de vin + 1 jus d'Orange. Total: 9€ Et en plus vous avez un patron et sa femme qui ont tout le temps le sourire. Radieux. Bref C'était une belle surprise !

I accidentally stumbled upon Bar Borsalino in the neighbourhood of La Cruz. What a unique and friendly place! I ordered a glas of red wine and just a second after it was being served there arrived 3 different - and very delicious - tapas that I hadn't ordered. After I had finished I asked for a second glas of wine which was again accompanied by two delicious tapas. Due to late breakfast in the hotel I had to fight with the amount of food but the taste and the nice gesture convinced me in the end ;-) Besides this rare act of outstanding hospitality the place benefits from the charming and gentle character of its owners. You have the feeling that someone cares for you even though you haven't ask for it / or don't require it. A relaxed family feeling without being pushy. Many thanks for that great...

It's the same experience as everyone here! This is a rare kind of hospitality and the owner really bought me over with his friendliness. Must be one of the best experiences I had in spain that is not in extravagence but in the little kind smiles and gestures. I only had 5 euros on me so I didn't expect anything more than 2 tapas or a sandwich but I had 3 tapas amd bread and they even gave me a drink of water when they guessed I didn't order one because I don't have anymore money on me. All for 3.5 euros! But it wasn't even the cheap and good food that had me but the hospitality of the owner. I felt I had to give a review....

I really liked this place! I wish I took pictures, but I was too hungry 😅 Me and my friend are vegetarian, we updated the owner, and he told us not to worry and that he will give us his best food. We started with a salad, you could tell the ingredients are super fresh! Then beans soup which was amazing and reminded me home 🏡, and great Spanish omelette, which was super tasty! The owner surprised us with ice cream which was the perfect dessert. We also order a beer. The price was super cheap, the quality of the food was super high.
