Restaurante Cafetería Nina — Restaurant in Granada

Was there last Tuesday evening, with my wife. They had a board outside advertising the 'menu del dia'. It looked good so we asked for that. We were told it finished at eight o clock. We pointed it that it was only twenty to eight. The waiter just shrugged his shoulders. Not wishing to be arkward to we ordered two glasses of red wine, which arrived promptly enough, & we asked for a menu. It duly arrived, & we ordered a pizza. The waiter carried out a tray overloaded with drinks for the table next to us, and as he served their drinks he dropped a bottle of Coca Cola, whic hit the ground, and exploded over me. I was soaked. The expensive suade jacket I was wearing is totally destroyed. The waiter made no effort to help me or even to apologise to us. He did however rush off to get another coke for his Spanish customer, and apologised profusely to him. Before visiting this place consider, if you are prepared to be treated as a second class citizen, because you are foreign. Very...

The food is ok and the place looks clean. That's the only positive thing I can say.

The dark-haired waitress was very rude. When I was asking for the bathroom she angrily pointed at them without saying anything. Also, when we were going to order she was very cold and left abruptly, I almost didn't have time to order.

A little later my mother was telling her that the toilet paper had run out in the womens bathroom and her respons was " I don't have time for that now, you'll have to wait!" And she did that with an angry tone. My mother wasn't complaining or asking for another order, she was just helping them! That is no way to answer a customer.

Servicio nefasto. Tardaron en atendernos pero pude llegar a entender que la camarera estuviera desbordada. Después quisimos pedir unos cafés y debido a que estuve media hora para ser atendida, entre a la barra para que la camarera no tuviera que venir a atendernos y facilitarle el trabajo. Se me dirigió llamándome impaciente y diciendo que si tenía prisa que me tenía que aguantar que había gente antes. Educadamente le contesté que no tenía prisa pero que llevaba media hora esperando para un café y que había intentado facilitarle el trabajo para que no tuviera que atendernos ella. Salí a la terraza y a los 10 minutos (es decir, unos 40 min después en total) nos preguntó por los cafés volviéndome a decir que era una impaciente y que había gente antes. Tuve que pedirle la cuenta porque me estaba faltando el respeto y yo simplemente quise hacerlo bien y no contestarle a pesar de sus acusaciones de forma inadecuada en ningún momento. A los 20 minutos (vuelta a esperar) tuvimos que entrar a pedir la cuenta dentro porque no nos la trajo. Camarera mal educada, que trata mal a los demás. Puedo llegar a entender que este desbordada y tener que esperar, pero no que se me falte el respeto como lo hizo a pesar de que solo intentaba ayudarla, cosa que no es mi función.
