Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Guadalajara

I've never write a bad reviews,but already tired of bad service Papa Johns.Always when we order pizza and ask to make sides of pizza with Philadelphia cheese they make it with Mozzarella.Like we don't see the difference???!! Or maybe pizzaiola doesn't know what's Mozzarella and what's Philadelphia 😁 And we don't like a bacon, we always ask don't put that becon but they put it even in pizza where becon shouldn't be by recipe! As a result, you have to return the pizza and again wait for a new one to be cooked!

The staff is very inattentive and incompetent. Constantly new employees who are clearly not trained well.

And a year ago there was a more ingredients in pizza than now🥲

There's not many pizza restaurants in Guadalajara that's why we buy from Papa Johns. But we used to get high level service and l think better to spend your money somewhere else than to bring it...

If you want to wait 2 hours for a cold pizza, this is the right place!!!! We ordered pizza at 23:00 and it’s currently 01:00 am right now. You can’t treat your customers like this. I just moved with my baby to a new house and we don’t have a stove yet. I wanted to enjoy a warm pizza that would arrive after 30 minutes. Please save your time and do NOT order here! I definitely DON’T recommend this place. There are so many other places for much cheaper and has better service...

De lo peor que me he encontrado en mucho tiempo, pues habiendo dado una nueva oportunidad a corregir otros hechos anteriores, y dado que esta no es la primera que vivo un hecho así con ellos, sí que va a ser la última. Esta vez se encargaron pizzas a domicilio pero no llegaron nunca. A la hora de reclamar te alegan que sí que asistieron al reparto, cuando jamás lo hicieron. No puede mejorar quien no reconoce sus fallos, eso está claro. Y este es local es un claro ejemplo. Te dicen además que no tienen libro de reclamaciones, (es un libro obligatorio por ley en todo establecimiento y donde la policía local si que podría haber dicho algo al respecto, pero evitando más problemas (para ellos), y con la indignación pertinente, se dejó pasar porque no merecía la pena. No van a cambiar). Te alegan cualquier excusa, y con la excusa te quedas. Bajo mi punto de vista, malos profesionales y todo excusas y falacias. Muy poca credibilidad. No los recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Si tienes la suerte de que todo va bien, fenomenal...sino, mostrarán su verdadera cara. Mucho ojo con pagar con ticket restaurant, pues el datáfono para utilizar el servicio de Edenred... aleatoriamente no siempre funcionará. Cualquier otra tarjeta, lo hará...
